Hi stay a way from wishmaker casino. 

I had to verify account after playing for 1 week. Everything was going ok ?  I sent passport, driving licence.  But wanted another proof of address . Only thing I had was from a financial solution company for a €934 card card bill .Then it went tits up they blocked my account .I then went on live chat to get told due to being in debit I can not have £400 pound that I have won .until I pay credit card bill .

Ask them to Show you terms suggesting they can do that

So that means if you had 5000 credit card you deposited all you won 5 k on casino you need the money to pay your card credit card And only when you win once again they say this not you need to pay your bill first but if you don't get your win you never can afford it so your left with a credit card debt with money used ultimately you could never win on

Sure, so give him his balance, cash him out, then block his account and inform him it will be reopened when he can provide evidence of an improvement in his financial situation.

Just adding to any problems conducting themselves the way they are and it looks fucking terrible to everyone who witnesses it.

To everyone commenting that this is a fraud ; to me this looks like a Responsible Gaming case. I agree its a bit weird to ask the person to pay his bills before withdrawal can be made lol. Its bad customerservice. But on the other hand if the casino notice some irresponsible players and they dont look in to it- they can get fined by their gaming commision (and we're talking fines in the millions) and they can potentially loose their license. 

 

Next time you send proof of adress please erase any personal details or transactions. They only need to see your adress and name.
