  1. Get in! Only had 1 of these myself
  2. Happy New Years, ascend and liberate your mind.
  3. I don't think it's the casino itself who are fishy, but you will meet bumps on the way for Norwegian withdrawals and even deposits. The bigger operators juggle between providers on the regular to allow transactions from Norwegian payment methods. Wallets like Jeton and MuchBetter are capitalising on the whole situation and are the real winners in all of this mess.
  4. Calling the bank is never any help, they can't see what the status is before the money is in their hand. The money will bounce back - as i said it can take up to a month however. The casino never received the funds, and the provider they are using are just confirming its bouncing back - so they were kind enough to ask you if you got it received so they can keep track of the case and close it as soon as you confirm. They will make an effort to contact the payment provider, but that also takes time to get just an update. Patience my friend, patience...
  5. This happens, and with VISA it's very different when the money will bounce back. My old card got refreshed 1 time a month, so if I had any chargebacks/bounce-backs these would be credited at the 1st of every month. It can literally take in between 1-30 days.
  6. From my understanding Cashout feature is just an offer, and not really something any casino is obliged to give you. If they don't accept your cashout request they can easily do that and you just have to live with it really. I'm not trying to defend the site your have been playing at because I don't know or play there, however it's pretty common all places in regards to the cashout-feature. Tough luck mate.
  7. Tippstilsynet or Spillsynet in norway (the gaming authorities) do not like foreign Casino operators, and they are trying to make things very difficult by blocking deposits and withdrawals. Basically they told that the banks are not allowed to accept withdrawals from other than NorskTipping, but it's a BIG gray area and not really any clear rules what is and not allowed. - So if you ask the bank to investigate they will problably get a slap on the wrist from the GamingAuthority, and they would rather not deal with that and tell the customers that accounts will be suspended if you use it for gambling outside of Norsk Tipping.
