Are you saying you can't do a block for all on waggering over €3 on bonus but the few like you mentioned and affiliate take of the block. It's know that some casinos have this block I'm not talking about yours casino just in general I pretty sure you can select for all and take of the few that you allow!

If you bet over €5 ,3 euro it should never be a casinos choice wether you get your money if th void is for bonus abuse and not for getting over the max wagger bet then it should be stated in terms IMO. Otherwise casino can choose at there timings who get a cash out or not for getting once or twice over the max wagger bet. I think the player should know to 100% know what there getting from terms not if the casino sometimes doesn't void hen they bet over terms should be used fairly  not on a sometimes basis, if you allow it put it in your terms because players should have that law rule and not under the casino thumb , example sometimes you said you don't enforce the rule sometimes we should know where we stand on term rules

I'm not missing the point you do alot for players allowing the wave the bet over wagger max so the player can still cash out ! But if it's not a term it's up to the casino Weber I get my withdrawal if I mistakenly bet over max bet in wagger . If it's not in terms where I know where I stand by law then your gesture is good but only 95% good like you said if it was in your terms then I wouldn't take it for granted and be hoping if I bet over max bet wether the casino is going to wave it ! If you have this rule I believe the player should know in a term and condition basis what there getting mate

I'm sorry you feel that way, but this is a standard practise in many casinos as you mention yourself and we will not be changing this term in the foreseeable future as it serves to mainly protect us from bonus abusers. If you do not feel comfortable playing with bonus money with our terms then you are free to decline all and any bonuses, and if you do wish to play with bonus money you can simply stay below the limit and you will never have any issues.

It serves more of a purpose voiding players who accidentally went over max bet in general for this term I guarantee this term has blocked players and voided winnings more than what you say it's used for players abusing bonuses anyway thanks for your update I believe more can be done to help players who accidentally went over max bet you say you do help but it means nothing if it's not in your terms as in generAl you can pick and choose at ones timing when to use that so the gesture you say is worn only as a trusted basis not something that players can rely on .where I think it should be in terms thanks again

It seems really high, other casino’s offer this for free. I know you are new but still. 

My provider, in my webshop, asks €0,23 for transactionfees.

Ikr, on last competition at JustSpin I won 50€ from the random raffle and wanted to withdraw it, losing it on slots is just too boring. Just want to give some positive feedback on withdraw time from JustSpin,   got a e-mail at 11:32 today that my withdrawal has now been approved and the funds are on the way to my account. Just check my Norwegian bank account and the money have already arrived.

Your withdrawal has been approved, we do not void winnings just because we can, we do it when it is clear bonus abuse.

I have also raised this with the support management, so all agents should know that the max bet is €5 and not €3 for Casinogrounds players.

I’ve been waiting to get verified for ages. Uploaded docs through the verification process under MyAccount. Good job I only deposited a small amount. Thank god I didn’t win big. When you request a withdrawal, our payments department request KYC documents and your account and withdrawal are approved in 0-72 hours. If you do not request a withdrawal and just upload your docs, it will take longer time for your documents to be approved since we have not requested them.

We always try to mix the games up in our offers, where some games have a lower Free Spin value and other games have a higher Free Spin value. It's just a mistake. The same thing happened to me once, but the bug was fixed by Justspin without mentioning it to them-
What I don't understand is why so many complaints, Justspin does the job like all other casinos. I haven't had any problems.

Just to mention, when it comes to withdrawals it takes less than 24 hours via bank, same with electronic wallets. So I'm happy with Justspin.

Just started playing there yesterday. First off all its  a clean looking site. But i did have problem today when i played lightning roulette. 2 of my winning bets (30kr  x30 win - 900kr) for the total of 1800kr disappeared from my bankroll after my next bet.  Nia: Thank you for waiting.
Nia: You are right, you were not paid out indeed for two rounds at 10:23:12 UTC and 0:24:55 UTC This is the case number : SD-774249.

Still missing 1800kr. The issue was on the casino site i was using i was told by Nia from lightning roulette support.
