I got asked to send in and to verify my bank card and skrill account which is strange since I have done multiple deposits, and withdrawal, and my account is already verified as you can see on the picture below. And as you may remember you helped me with withdrawal months ago because it took so much time before i got the money. Anyway i did send the photos to the email they asked to have it on support@21.com as i could not upload it to my profile because my account is already verified. But i have heard different answers every day and no explanations, and its getting a little frustating because i think i am an allright and friendly customer on your site. Like i said last time the money will probably get back on your site because that is part of my gambling money but when i win and cashout i expect it to get it withdrawn and not have to talk to support everyday. Sorry for my little rant just got a little frustrating, please take a look at it.
