Hi alex


can you give me your opinion on the process of withdrawing money from just spin.

I have two payments pending, one from May 10 and one from May 14.
just spin sent me an email asking for more documents that I should upload via a link.This is May 12th.
This link did not work so xxx on chat said I should send them by mail. I did this on May 12 without receiving any feedback.

Am in touch again with xxx on chat yesterday May 14 to check if everything is okay.

This answer is a bit diffuse as I do not get a clear answer,
must be able to say if everything is fine with documents and payment so that we can get it in order if there is a problem.

Is it so difficult to give a specific answer to their customers?

If I had only received confirmation after submitting the extra documents that everything was fine then I would have been satisfied,
I would not have had to contact the chat again nor expressed my complaint here. Win win for everyone.

I see there are similar issues that others have had problems, do I just have to wait another week or two?

I received email on 14th May for my 2nd verification after i been quite some time in JS. I revert the documents within 30mins. 

Tomorrow is the 3rd day(72hrs). Lets see if its really 0-72hrs. 

The first verification with Bob helping it is done and i really appreciate it.

I been waiting my withdrawal the whole week due to this 2nd verification issue.

I really suggest to JS that please request verification to be done before hand rather than during withdrawal. The frustration of waiting like this is not some pleaseant experience with the casino although JS could say its by law those documents are needed. But there is a better way to make all this more comfortable.

To further update on my case here,

Today i receive email saying my withdrawal is approved. I expecting in coming 1-2 days to received the funds in my account as it used to be.

I still havent receive the email for my verification approval though. But as long as withdrawal can be processed i guess everything is fine.

I've been trying to get my money paid out for 2 weeks now. my account was verified. but now they ask for bank statements, payslips, annual figures from my company. I sent everything, even though I thought this went far. to give the annual figures of my company. but you got everything from me. and now I have no response. I get the feeling that you guys don't want to cash out and are slowing everything down.

today on the chat was told that my documents have finally been approved. only now I have to wait for my payment to be approved. and then they are going to pay 5000 euros a day.

I want to pay out 110000, so that will wait another 22 days.

update :

 

my account was approved according to the custom service chat. and waiting for them to approve my payouts.

only now they have a new question about my account. and still no payout has been approved.

it seems they are doing everything they can to delay the payout

Hey.

I got an email today after having some withdrawals pending on my justspin account. I got asked to send in and to verify my bank card and skrill account which is strange since I have done multiple deposits, and withdrawal, and my account is already verified as you can see on the picture below. And as you may remember you helped me with withdrawal months ago because it took so much time before i got the money. Anyway i did send the photos to the email they asked to have it on support@21.com as i could not upload it to my profile because my account is already verified.

 

Can you please take a look at it and speed up the process so i dont need to wait for such a long time again? Thanks.
