The first verification with Bob helping it is done and i really appreciate it. I been waiting my withdrawal the whole week due to this 2nd verification issue. I really suggest to JS that please request verification to be done before hand rather than during withdrawal. The frustration of waiting like this is not some pleaseant experience with the casino although JS could say its by law those documents are needed. I expecting in coming 1-2 days to received the funds in my account as it used to be. I still havent receive the email for my verification approval though. I sent everything, even though I thought this went far. to give the annual figures of my company. but you got everything from me. and now I have no response. I got asked to send in and to verify my bank card and skrill account which is strange since I have done multiple deposits, and withdrawal, and my account is already verified as you can see on the picture below. And as you may remember you helped me with withdrawal months ago because it took so much time before i got the money.
