Waiting for my first withdrawal and payment team told me that it takes up to 72hrs to clear the withdrawal. Hopefully it wont come with verification or anything else after 72hrs. Anyhow your reply here makes me more worried about JS. Before your reply here, about at least 24hrs ago JS already emailed me for the documents request and i already replied within an hour. I did get a replied email from JS saying will check upon it. But now you are telling me JS status is still up until your side requesting documents. Having to withdraw with the same means used for your last deposit. I deposited through bank transfer the first time, and won big(for me atleast). I then tried withdrawing 1000NOK through skrill as it is my preferred payment method. My withdrawal was then cancelled, and i was told to use my last deposit method as withdrawal method too. I then deposited 200 more NOK using Skrill this time, and won a bit with that as well. I then tried to cash out a total of 1660NOK from you, through Skrill, which at that point was my last deposit method. After approximately 2 days I got an email saying i needed to use bank transfer to withdraw and that my withdrawal was cancelled. I then requested withdrawal to my bank account(which can take a long time in norway), andd i then got an email 2 days later saying it was cancelled, and that i needed to cashout to the same bank account i used to deposit. The problem here, is that i DID cashout to the same bank account, and still got the message. I dont understand why? I have 2 different accounts in my bank, deposited with one, and tried to withdraw to the same one. I was then told to cashout to the other bank account? Which my VISA is not connected to? I dont really understand why my withdrawal has been stopped so many times? I have verified myself completetly, and sent bank statement+skrill, and still not allowed to cashout to those?
