  1. With BTG I always feel like I have to feed their new releases 300-500x before they will pay me. PlaynGo new releases I feel like they give you a taster bonus : triggers the bonus quick to show you what it’s all about but only pays 5-10x Pragmatic new releases I have to feed them several hundred spins, leave the bloody game for a few hours, then return and get an early bonus. I played Hot Fiesta and it bonused quick and paid 500x - never played it again. Netent... I don’t know wtf they are doing these days - Gordon Ramsey game, fucking hard to bonus. Relax gaming new releases seem to give me the expected Rtp they have a new Game called “Book of 99” A book of dead clone(funny that) with 99% Rtp. After 300 spins at £1 I was down £3 😂 This is all my anecdotal experience.
  2. There is always a middle ground. These situations can be emotionally charged, understandably so, when there is money involved. The best thing to do is stay polite and reasonable as it makes the other side of the argument stay polite and reasonable. If one party exhibits too much negativity, even though understandable, it is likely to cause the opposing side to become negative also and leads to the deterioration of communication. Give them a chance to piss you off completely before you get pissed off completely. If that makes sense, anyway, keep us informed how it all plays out. If you get a positive resolution you don't need to go into detail, just a thumbs up will do.
  3. @anonymousapple I cashed out the last of my balance, £900ish profit overall and I didn't do a great deal of spins, maybe 2000 over Jammin Jars and Fat Rabbit(mostly Jam) and whatever it took to get the hive activated in Wild Swarm. The hive popped on like the 5th bee. Just luck probably but I'm quite happy to believe there is something in my theory as it gives me an excuse to play the games. @geggs1I don't know, Jamming jars is so generous to me since its release - well over 60 wins larger then 1000x that it has instilled the opposite of what you feel - that is is rigged in my favour! Razor Shark though... my experience is that same as yours based on my play - I very rarely bother playing it.
  4. It doesn't look like the agent was trying to trick you or anything; looks like they were trying to help you. I guess they didn't have enough knowledge to detail the difference between a wagering and spending limit. I imagine this will be controversial but - the customer support/live chat/help agents don't care if customers win or lose - that is not their job and they get paid the same low amount regardless if someone wins or loses. Having said that, the live help, despite trying to do their job and keep the customer happy, has defiantly misinformed you regarding the spend/wagering limit. It makes sense what they said regarding not closing the account with pending verification. They definitely should have discussed the self exclusion options - and it looks like they thought they had found a solution to your specific problem which would deal nicely with the pending verification and your concern that you might lose the money. You should definitely get your balance back, assuming your documents pass verification, but it may take a while as the issue will have to be dealt with by the 'relevant department' You have everything in the transcript that you would need to show that you are vulnerable and were misinformed. Send an e-mail, write in it that you would like the issues escalated to the relevant department and tell your story - include the transcript of course. Wait and see what their response is, it is the weekend so you may not get a response as soon as you like. If the result isn't satisfactory then you move on to going through their, in house, formal complaint procedure. I don't see how they can not reimburse you and it's not like this issue is an additional cost to them as you had made it clear your intention to withdraw the money anyway. If it were to go to an ADR down the road the transcript highlights too many failings on the casinos part: misinformation, customer safety/customer protection tools, and staff training practises to name a few. I think they would try to resolve this to make it go away rather then broadcasting their failings to their licenser. Taking your issue at face value and assuming there isn't more to the story (not saying their is).
  5. Played this a bit, seems very easy to bonus compared to Piggy Riches and Gonzo Megaways.
  6. Staffed maybe, staffed by anyone senior is doubtful. Just based of my experience working in casinos, those who have a position high enough to make decisions work 9-5. The people working outside these hours and on weekends normally have to wait for approval from one of the senior positions to do anything when it comes to anything sensitive such as security, self exclusion, legal, fraud, money laundering, etc. May not be the case with casumo, just don't expect much to happen in weekends.
  7. Maybe you can make an extension that can extract the info automatically from Tracksino's output.
  8. I don't know about Casumo as I don't play there. I'd expect any operator to acknowledge receipt of my email/complaint within 24 hours and I'd budget them up to five working days for them to send a response to my email - it should be a lot quicker then that - I just recommend staying patient and not stressing about it if you don't hear back for a while, it can actually work in your favour if they take longer then what seems reasonable - you can add that to your latter complaint if need be and you get a tiny bit more leverage - the casino is going to look worse if they fail to reply to your enquiry in a reasonable timeframe and they will have to additionally explain why that happened, would look like a failing on their part. Once you submit a formal complaint to them they have upto 8 weeks to come up with a resolution. Just keep a record of all correspondence and have the dates of everything at hand recorded. Can potentially take a very long time so try not to get too obsessed with it.
  9. Little bit of confirmation bias for you all. Whenever I see Push Gaming slots rolled out, at a casino which didn't have them previously, I min bet farm them. Casilando rolled them out a couple years ago - many 1000x on Jam, multiple 500x on on Wild Swarm on the way to filling up the Beehive, Fat Rabbit was all rabbit no carrot for a couple hundred spins then constantly rabbit and sweet carrot. Betfair/Paddy Power has just introduced Push Gaming this week, Jammin Jars has delivered a couple wins over 500x and one over 1000x Wild Swarm: Fat Rabbit giving back to back bonuses and paying average 50-100x. £50 in, £400 out and still have £227 to play with. Not trying to encourage anyone to gambling or anything but I'm quite content to have my bias confirmed.
  10. You would need to gather the complete history. Not just have it resonate with you when you notice it is over 300 spins at any given time. You need the complete history that shows every chain of 300 + spins as a separate event and get rid of the possibility that you are noticing it when it is 300 spins, then looking at it an hour later and noticing it is 360 spins - its still the same unbroken run, 1 of the on average 33 runs of 300+ you would expect in a year. You need to have data backing up that it is happening more often then it should, rather then just thinking it is happening more then it should based on what you are noticing. Is it possible to make a programme that observes tracksino output 24/7 and timestamps whenever there is a Crazytime -using the the average spin rate per hour it should give you some indication as to what's going long term.
  11. I really wish they would put you in charge of this bloody game for a year.
  12. So find out the absolute amount of Crazytimes there have been in that period and see if it fits within the average. From I can see it means, on average, 1 in 40 Crazytimes Bonuses will come 300 or more spins after the previous one. Do you agree with that?
  13. Oh you still mean over one year. Ask Evolution for the total amount of spins done since release. Ask them for the number of each bonus round since release. 33 times 300 = 9900 Around 2.5-3% of the time, if you played 400 000 spins, you would find yourself in a sequence whereby you don't hit a crazytime in 300 or more spins. It's probably a little higher as the range will be from 300 to 300+ without.
  14. Fair enough, thought there was 200 per page. So the max I had in 4 spins was 228. The first post I tried you app would have been 390 rather then 790 I was doing it over a small sample size to show that it is wrong to draw conclusions over a small sample size because the results are skewed when done this way - something you are doing whenever you post the Tracksino info whenever you notice it on a bad streak. Why don’t you ask Evolution for the entire game history since release. This is the first time in all your rigged threads that you have been correct about anything. congratulations - my simulations predicted this would be impossible and my simulations simulate millions of threads. Anyway. Enjoy your little win, some stones the stars align and you get lucky.
  15. Edit - just realised the order is upside down so it is at least 329 spins before the first crazytime, and then 369 spins between the second to last and the last - assuming the results are populated from the top left to the bottom right. That's 800 spins and twice it went over 300 spins without a Crazytime. Are you sure your app isn't motorized or has magnets. You said you trust the results of the app; maybe actually use it and consider all the info it displays rather then just whatever confirms your beliefs.
  16. This happens often in http://crazyrng.infinityfreeapp.com/ Use your own app in the same kind of manner in which you address the actual games results. It happens often that you have 1.5-2+ screens of results(200 spin per screen) without a crazytime. 255spins between first and second crazytime, and no crazytime in the 365 spins after the last one, I didn't keep going. With https://jsfiddle.net/hocw4x16/ you are pulling your data from app from 400k simulated spins and getting the average spread. With the actual game you doing it over tiny sample sizes.... If you collect a consistent 400k spins of the actual crazytime results you would find that the frequency of each particular bonus lines up with the frequency you get in your simulated 400k spins. Why can't you see the error in how you are going about it? If anyone doubts me, here is the link again so you can see for yourself http://crazyrng.infinityfreeapp.com/ There will be many times where you get 3 or 4 per 200 spins and there will be times you get 1.5-2 pages without Crazytime - its all within the range of expectations.
  17. He looks fake, sounds fake, and even looks like he smells fake. To me that is.
  18. @Stevejyou often use the argument that it is so statistically improbable to go 450+ spins without a crazytime that it must be rigged - usually accompanied by some faulty maths. It took a couple of minutes, wasn’t clicking fast as I was scanning for crazytime, to get this: That represents 592 spins since the last Crazytime. I had stopped there as I thought it was enough to make my point. As I was making this posts I remembered I still hadn’t hit a Crazytime - so I went back and did another spin - that is why the time is 10 minutes later in the next picture here: That’s another 199 spins before the next Crazytime - that takes us to 791 spins between crazy times in this little programme that you “trust” If this happened in the actual game you would be using it as proof that it is rigged. There is a lesson in all of this about confirmation bias and only interpreting the stats you want to see. This post is a direct contradiction to the belief you have that you are in anyway capable of analysing anything and coming to any kind of reasonable conclusion. You ain’t.
  19. Was trying to post on my phone and uploaded the wrong picture then proceeded to quote myself when trying to fix it. Had to delete: same post is below.
  20. Idiot? Bitch please; Squaring your IQ wouldn't even get it near mine.
  21. Ok, the issue is probably caused by opening another account and skipping the whole revaluation connected to reopening the old account. Try emailing and saying something along the lines of: Sorry for creating this issue by creating a new account. It was not my intention to cause such an issue, I was not trying to circumvent the account reactivation process that you have. Is it possible to go through the re-evaluation process connected with reactivating my old account at this stage and possibly, should there be no issue, have my accounts merged. Do everything by email so you have a record of of it. Just stay polite and calm and try to reason with them. This will all show you are trying to be agreeable and compliant, and gives you a history of trying to resolve an issue should you end up going the ADR route. You have broken the T&C so I don't know how it will turn out - if I was approached in a reasonable manner I would do what I can for the player to see what can be done to retain them.
  22. Yeah, it doesn't matter so much what customer support/live chat says - they just try to keep the customer happy and often don't have an understanding as to the nuance of situations. Live chat has like, lvl 1 access - they can see your account was closed and when but that is about it. A different department might have lvl 2 and can see the exact details regarding the account closure. You need to go beyond the live chat to get anywhere. Confiscated just means they are withholding the money. You need to find out the self exclusion period connected to your original accounts closure. The Live chat should be able to tell you exactly this, if they are unable to access that information then you need to ask them to escalate your query to a department who can email you the exact detail.
