  1. I always wonder why they don’t ask for any proof when do deposits but when you want widthdraw some money … this should be fixed by law soon to finish those kind of scams
  2. got same problem with skyvegas ....my debit card was charged twice but only one time money was toped up on my skyvegas account ....contact support they claims they did have my money twice .....contact my banks ...they said is up to merchant to lock money .... git my money back out of nowhere after 45 days ...when allready lost hope to get my money back ....happy days

  5. last time i wrote an email to Malta Gaming Authority and making and official complain against casino ...including recorded video on chat with a support and screenshoots ...it tooo a while to sort it out ....do that if you are 100 % sure if you didnt do anything wrong on rule book

  8. try to go and ask a customer service at your bank maybe they can issue a different kind of statement ,with a confirmation of his authencity of orginality
