Kazommm Posted 8 March, 2018 Share Posted 8 March, 2018 I requested a withdrawal at Mr. Green two days ago, but still it hasn't been processed. I asked support, and they said it could take up to three(!) days for the withdrawal to be processed. Also, they refuse to remove the option to cancel the withdrawal. It is a mystery how they got a danish licence with rougish behaviour like this. Best stay away, given all the great casinos with almost instant withdrawal out there. Link to comment
Roxie13 Posted 8 March, 2018 Share Posted 8 March, 2018 I would not think of them as crooks just yet. Mostly my withdrawals have been prosessed later the same day, but I have had some withdrawals that didn’t get prosessed until 2-4 days after request. Both with Unibet and comeon. Link to comment
Kazommm Posted 8 March, 2018 Author Share Posted 8 March, 2018 I am well aware that Mr. Green aren't crooked, but they behave in a similar fashion as crooked casinos, i.e. stalling payouts for a a long period of time, without removing the option to cancel the withdrawal, even after having it requested. And that to me constitutes a rougish behaviour. Link to comment
TimSchaeffer Posted 8 March, 2018 Share Posted 8 March, 2018 i think its a good thing to not always provide people with the ''cancel withdrawel'' button. had a big cashout one time and went down with 500euro's because it took long and wanted to play, after that wanted to win back, didn't help. So my cashout could be way more if i just waited for the withdrawel. Link to comment
BoracicLint Posted 8 March, 2018 Share Posted 8 March, 2018 I get paid out in minutes using PayPal on Mr Green.Had no problems with them myself. Link to comment

If they have the ability to process withdrawals in minutes, as Boracic states, it makes no sense waiting up to three days for verified customers. Link to comment
dirtystack Posted 10 December, 2019 Share Posted 10 December, 2019 I verified my account on November the 21st, got an email saying it all looks good and if anything additional is needed they will contact me. Had a go on their site yesterday the 9th of December, deposited £200 and after a few hours tried to withdrawal £400 - Account needs to be verified - please upload documents, spoke to live chat - got told it would be brought to the verification teams attention. Feels like stalling to me, over a couple hundred pounds, hate this kind of thing. Link to comment

Has nothing to do with the casino wanting to hold back your money...after certain amount of deposit and withdrawals there is additional verification required which is totally normal, especially for UK players. I think you missed the point, he had already been verified before and they did it again for some unknown reason Link to comment

It’s only the second time I have played with them.1st time I deposited and lost 100, was asked to verify, sent documents, got told I was verified, the second time I play i deposit 200, when I try to withdrawal 400 it says I need to verify. Total deposits on this site are 300 and I have played there on 2 occasions. Link to comment

She is right, has nothing to with stalling the money. its just verification safeguard. I have been asked for documents twice in 1 month to reverifcate my transactions / profile. Other wise no process would be done. Just be patience your money will be coming eventually. Link to comment
RespG40 Posted 11 December, 2019 Share Posted 11 December, 2019 I closed down my account there as they charged me for withdrawing money by card. Was sure there are rules against this in the UK. It was a single withdrawal so nothing else that week. Link to comment
dirtystack Posted 13 December, 2019 Share Posted 13 December, 2019 Bit of a joke really, the documents I uploaded a month ago are fine, which is probably why they told me a month ago that everything looks fine and that they would contact me if they need anything else. It has been 4 days so far since I tried to withdrawal, I've asked what documents they have issue with so that I can upload something to address whatever the problem is and have been told that they don't require any documents from me. whenever I try to withdrawal this pops up: Clicking "Verify Later" just takes you back into the games lobby. Can it really be that, despite having everything they need to verify my account- emailed by them on the 21st of November stating that they have everything they need - that it all looks fine and that they will contact me if they need anything further, it takes them 20 days and counting to verify an account? They have passport, utility bill, front and backs of card - the corresponding connected bank accounts PDF statements showing the same addresses as the utility bill. I'm nowhere near the SOF thresholds and they haven't asked me to provide SOF info. A task that has taken every other site a day or two at most. Link to comment
dirtystack Posted 15 December, 2019 Share Posted 15 December, 2019 They verified my account 7 days after I first tried to withdrawal. I had set a daily loss limit on my account to the minimum £2 so I wouldn’t lose my balance in the meantime. Link to comment
