Lemonsbluff Posted 20 February, 2018 Share Posted 20 February, 2018 Hi all, I'm currently trying to provide proof of address to Casino Calzone. So far they have been great with everything: - Online bank statement - rejected - Car insurance mail - rejected - Printed bank statement with stamp - rejected I rent my property and bills are inclusive so I cannot provide utility bills. However, my bank statement which my bank printed showed my name, address, date and I even asked then to stamp it. I don't know why this isn't compliant. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what advice do you have? I'm currently awaiting almost £5,000 in withdrawals so it's starting to appear like a stalling tactic. Just to reiterate, this casino has been great but they're making it very frustrating for me especially when I don't find out the document is non-compliant until a few days Thanks! Link to comment

slotsofun Posted 20 February, 2018 Share Posted 20 February, 2018 The bank statement should have been enough, you need to make sure it is in PDF format and that all of the statement is visible (4 corners). Otherwise, I can't see why they should be rejecting it. It would be best to ask their chat to see what they can accept. Link to comment
LaTeRzuk Posted 20 February, 2018 Share Posted 20 February, 2018 I had same problem chap it took me taking 17 photos of my recent bank statements screenshots of bank with msg from support there 9 emails and about 4 live chats. Eventually I got though to sum1 with a fuking clue and they verified my account. I am currently having the same issue with joreels LOL Link to comment
danishcomfort Posted 20 February, 2018 Share Posted 20 February, 2018 Yes always do the full registration when signing up to a new Casino, the case is when you still have the money in your bank-account and not in the casino, you have a much more better position. The casino want your money and they will only get it when the deal is made on both side, and when they first have approved it before you deposit they have no reason not to pay your winnings. Lemonsbluff Posted 21 February, 2018 Author Share Posted 21 February, 2018 I challenged why my bank statement wasn't compliant (It showed all 4 corners) and someone else responded informing me it's been passed onto the security department. Hopefully it'll be fine now! Thanks for the info! Link to comment
Lemonsbluff Posted 22 February, 2018 Author Share Posted 22 February, 2018 It was rejected again and this time due to it being too blurry. When I try to upload the document the file size is too big. I believe when I've emailed them the picture, they've reduced the quality which has then made it blurry. Over a week and it's still a game of tennis batting back and fourth legible documentation that meets their criteria. Link to comment

Solutionnn Posted 25 February, 2018 Share Posted 25 February, 2018 I had the same problem with calzone and joreels. Both of the sites rejected all of my documents I sent in so I went into the livechat and asked why my documents was rejected and they told me the quality on them was too bad??? Its funny cuz all documents I sent in was scanned pdf documents with literally perfect quality.... nowdays I just avoid all casinos operated by MT SecureTrade :)) Link to comment
Lemonsbluff Posted 25 February, 2018 Author Share Posted 25 February, 2018 This has been sorted now. I spoke to a guy in chat called Andre who explained when the photo was uploaded, their system was reducing the quality. Nope Nudge, I signed up with Calzone in September last year just because it was a new casino Link to comment
