I have tested the slot myself, and i want to mention some things about slot potential and such.

 

If you buying 1000x bonuses, you're mostly guaranteed to get like 100-600x back, I always got the best symbols stacked in a row at end when its under 100x win at last 2 spins.  You usually can get any picture symbol stacked in first reel with 2, then 2nd and 3rd on end spins

It took me about hundred demo bonus buys until i got an decent setup, once i got 4 same 2nd best symbol with 200X on it (200X^4 is 1600000000 ways, probably max win by that point)

How often profit, was about 1/10 times, slot has nice potential though. I might try it in a week later and see if i get in.

Most spins i got is 12 or 13. Usually 11

Doesn't mean you cant hit it, plenty of time to grind... don't always need to go pay to win. Although ive dropped the worst bonus round about 30 times now and havent hit a good one yet. Got a 300x base game hit best so far

I like this game, nice gameplay and music. Little bit too similar than other nolimit slots. Orange color is too much and there are little bugs. I hit 3 bonuses but nothing major happened. Than hit this in a basegame. Good enough for the random prize and I don't intend to chase the big wins.

Exactly that, the 2nd bonus chances from the base game are 1 in 10k and the mental spins 1 in 100k spins, never going to happen

100x - Tried the game with 50e balante on 20c stake. Got one bonus, which paid 20x and when i had 16e left bought one bonus which paid 16e. Did some base game spins after that and got this hit. I think it's a bit hard to keep track on whats going on and the base game eats your roll quite fast, unless you get lucky hits as this. The biggest base game hit before this with around 400 spins was 1,60e or something like that.

Would like to try the more expensive bonuses, but those are bit brutal for a lowstake gambler I am. All in all, as on all nolimit games, the big potential is on the big bonuses, but those are quite an investment. I think i can find more entertaining games to play for deposits of 20-50e.

This game is interesting. I like how the game evolves as the spin progress. 

Potential is super huuuge, but i think u need to buy that super bonus if u want to get it. 

Overal nice game, nice music and normal nolimir quality.

First of all 8/10 because of the vibe. I dislike the orange colour but other then that its a decent slot with a lot of potentional. Hitting the bonus is a though one. and the music can be better IMO.

Game feedback for Mental (Nolimit City) : I think this is an above average game that I rated 4/5 stars on the slot page:

Visuals, sounds & theme: NLC is industry leader in these aspects. For Mental, the theme is original, graphics and sounds are quite good. Personally I prefer the games to be a bit more lighthearted. This goes for the music/sound effects and graphics as well. 

I am note sure if I prefer to have 5 different 'this is mental' end animations for all patients over only having the end sequence for the patient with the Covid mask.

Gameplay: I tested the gameplay out for the various play modes:
- basegame: a bit boring.
The enhancer cells are activated often enough but don't have much to offer most of the time. I guess that the bonus drop frequency is just high enough, but most of the time only the autopsy bonus is reached. Noted that insanely huge monster wins can drop in the base game, but those are extremely rare.
- bonus buy autopsy bonus: still nothing much happening. However over a sample of some dozens of bonus buys I found that maybe 15% of bonuses return a small to medium profit, which is good.
- bonus buy lobotomy bonus: this bonus mode has the best chance of giving a decent prize with the 'dead patient' enhancer, because of the win not having to drop in 1 spin and the multipliers resetting.
- bonus buy mental bonus: this should be the most fun. However it is not. The frequency of getting more than the buyin back on a bonus buy is a bit too low to my liking.

The ability to upgrade from one bonus to the next is great, and I have not found any predictable patterns yet ,which is great as well.

Problems with this slot: xWay and XSplit are going on all the time without doing much. I have not yet ever seen the xnudge Wild enhancer appearing, nor have I seen the 200x 500x 1000x (well once, top of the leaderboard) and 9999x dead patient multipliers.

For big wins the 'dead patient' enhancer is totally overpowered and dominant. On the leaderboard I see that only a few 50x dead patient symbols have to drop together with a bunch of 1x (which does happen because of the double symbols because of fire frames and because of xWays and xSplitting)

Big dead patient multipliers also imply that wins just don't drop almost always because the slot can only give very few huge wins. 

In my opinion there is not enough room for medium wins that total a return of maybe 1.5 - 5 times the price of the bonus.
Well that is extreme volatility  

Overall, a pretty decent game, not to my taste but fans of the game will enjoy and we'll definitely see some huge wins.

I am already looking forward to the next Nolimit City release das xBoot very much!

Took @vanHooff his advice on the Lobotomy and it paid off on the 1st and last bonus of the night.
I did even spin the game down to 36€ and deposit an extra 10€ to buy this shit. My biggest x-win ever!

Great slot, keeps balance up nicely.

At first the game seemed really confusing, but for a moment the game started to realize the idea of the game.

bought the random bonus buy and got a max win today. I figured it was a nice hit, like 4 or 5,000x. I wasn't expecting the number to skyrocket that fast. Needless to say, i'm thrilled. 

This is a fun game with a lot going on and a huge potential. I'd like to see the nudge feature at some point.
