booCasino (worst experience)

So I've been getting multiple promotion emails about this booCasino which is kind of related to bCasino. Okay I finally decided to check it out. They offered 25 free spins on signing up in game Game of Thrones 243ways. Nothing to do during lockdown anyways, let's give it a try. Let's call it a "test drive".

So I sign up successfully and open the game. First spin- boom, about €5. Finished the spins with total of €9.63 which has to be wagered of course. But what the hell, let's give it a go for a bit. Took a look on what games they have and boom, my account is blocked (contact support)... which I did to find out the reason. I mean sure, casinos do have the right to decline any bonuses and whatsoever but the chat with support agent was horrible in my opinion and experience. Never have I ever seen customer support simply close the chat so easily and I wasn't even rude or disrespectful towards them. All I wanted is a valid reason for the block.

All ended with nothing. I thought the attitude was rude and not respectful towards myself as a customer at all. Took screenshots (https://imgur.com/a/hI3vSjs) of the chat and the T&C which the agent pointed out.

Any thoughts on this? Would love hear other opinions.

Take care

I understand the frustration but the Live chat guy wasn't rude or disrespectful - he is just dealing with an issue as he is trained to do - there is nothing in what he said that is rude.

His response "we may refuse to open an account or may close an account that has already been opened at our sole discretion" is copy pasted from some database they have.

The situation whereby your account is blocked is the rude thing. If this was just a normal interaction about something other then your account been blocked then you wouldn't interpret anything he has said as rude.

All he has done is the information that your account is to stay blocked; this is not his decision. He is just relaying to you the information he has present; that your account is blocked and will stay blocked - as the information you are receiving is negative you will interpret everything he says in a negative light, a rude condescending tone.

I'd normally expect them to say they will escalate your case to the relevant department who would reconsider and who would have the authority to tell you the reason.

The live chat won't tell you what you are blocked for - it is unlikely they even have permissions to read the files connected to your digital profile - It will just say "Blocked" "GWB" "Suspended" "Resigned"

Someone higher up would have to log in to see the exact details.

I love their nonsensical Terms and Conditions. I just love it.

'We have discretion to close your account, but will honour our contractual obligations'. No you won't you absolute silly sods. When one signs up to the casino under an offer from that casino to provide 'free spins' or 'deposit bonuses' and the consumer fulfils all the obligations: i.e. enters their details, date of birth, address and card details and when casino credits them with 'free spins' - bam, that's a legally binding contract for you. No need for money to exchange hands at all. The problem is no one will ever take them to court, unless the sums in question reach hundreds of thousands.

I truly wonder if these 'casinos' even hire law firms to draft their Terms, or whether they just copy paste it from somewhere else.

God damn geniuses.

Couldn't agree more. Looks like even more casinos are opening just for launch and earning purposes (hopefully I said it correctly) not as a long term business and a enjoyable platform.

I agree. I’ve never had a casino confiscate my balance and then block my account.

The reason? I breached a term and condition of a $50 free money no-deposit bonus. Allegedly. The best part: you had to deposit in order to withdraw! Lol.

I did actually read their Terms and Conditions. I even emailed them (I kept copies) and chatted with their agents (I also kept copies!)

Guess what? I FULLY adhered to their terms and conditions for the $50 free bonus! The bonus was DONE! Woot!

HOWEVER, several days after the bonus, AND over $1,000 of my own money deposited (I took no other bonuses), I win several thousand dollars.

I cash out.

The next day, several emails in rapid succession: 1. They manually change the withdrawal to $100, 2. They confiscate the rest of my balance, and 3. My account is closed. No explanation.

What transparent and fraudulent behaviour.

No matter - due to my professional training, the next steps for Boocasino will cost them way more than the money they stole from me :)

Be aware and avoid Boocasino.co, Boocasino.com or any casinos operated by Green Feather Gaming or Green Feather Online.

Stay safe. And good luck.
