wutse015 Posted 24 November, 2020 Share Posted 24 November, 2020 Hey Guys don't know if i'm placing this in the right forum section I was playing Deal or No Deal today , and when i was topping up my cases the wheel started flipping out on me and my balance was going negative at certain points , so i didn't take a chance to go all in. in total my bet was around 60 euro and i had 5 cases that were between 130 and 250 euro, when the opening started , each time they opened up boxes a message popped up : "contact support" so i couldn't click on deal or no deal , half of the time , also all this time my balance was sitting in negative when the final 2 cases came i had one case with 133 euro in it , the other one was 80 cents. i clicked at least 6 times on "SWITCH BRIEFCASE" but that stupid contact support message kept popping up , they opened the cases and i picked right , my 133 euro case was the one the girl had so i should get that amount , instead it gave me again that support message and it gave me 80cents. when i contacted evo after that round , i kept getting the same bullshit answers that NO DEAL was selected , and that message couldn't be possible because the round kept going , they opened a ticket , but i can already guess one of 2 bullshit answers will come from their side Has anybody have this shit before? during the game like i said my balance was in Negative , but after the game it was in positive again , so at least the rest of my money wasn't gone , i just hope i get my initial 60 euro bet back at least or the money in the case i should have gotten Link to comment

wutse015 Posted 24 November, 2020 Author Share Posted 24 November, 2020 @TheCasinoGuy Yeah , we all know the standard responses they send out when they claim that they will look in to it , from now on when i'm playing live games i think i'll start recording my screen , but still they cant be sure if you click and nothing happens , there is no way to prove this. But the casino i played at did say that if those errors (contact support) kept popping up , evolution should see this , so fingers crossed i should have taken a print screen when the error popped up , it would have shown that my balance was in negative as well , but that did show up in the logs Link to comment

It seems your balance can go negative if even the smallest possible win covers the negative balance. I mean that's nice that you can go all in but it definitely breaks the rules somehow Link to comment
