Wildz casino complaint

Hi Everybody,

I have a complaint about Wildz Casino. I have made a withdrawal (€1600) 7 days ago with a verified account and still havent received any information. Whenever i talk to their customer support, they only tell me to be patient and that they are processing as fast as possible.

Furthermore i have €2000 in funds which i also want to withdraw, but when i withdraw them the withdrawal is declined.

They say that i went over the max bet of €5. This is true, but when i did al my funds were changed to bonusmoney which i already lost. So with a withdrawal that i cancelled i managed to win €2000 which i cant withdraw.

Is there someone on this forum that maybe could reach out to the casino, i feel like i am not getting any further. While i like Wildz i feel like the withdrawal time is to much of a hassle and i doubt if i will be ever playing at this casino any more. But before i self-exclude from this casino i want my withdrawal and my funds.

I saw that in a other post @Skylined87 was able to help some people.

 

Hope to get this resolved fast.

Hey mate,

Yeah they're experiencing delays in payments, however you will get your money - I wouldn't worry about that. If you're worried about cancelling withdrawal, please set loss limit to prevent it. It won't help me reaching out as they're quite overwhelmed for the past month, but as I said - few more days and you should be good.

Thanks for the extremely fast reply. You've taken some of my worries away. Loss limiwt is already set ;).

I was kinda worried because they give any information, if they would just say it takes another week then i wouldnt be worried.

Seeing all these Wildz complaints makes me so happy being a VIP loyalty member there and just sticking to one casino. My cashouts are approved and sent within 5 mins, last one today some hrs ago got approved and sent within 2 mins. Happy to SEE they take CARE of VIP member unlike some casinos.

Same thoughts here buddy, i'm aswell a VIP loyalty member and the difference between being a "normal" and a VIP member is huge! Withdrawals nowadays are extremely fast in my bank account on Wildz!

It doens't in a direct way, but i gives a view from another gambler who plays there allot and his/her experience.

To give my perspective and feeeback about the casino in question. 

They really don’t deserve all these conplaints and it’s most of the time out of theyre control. I’m not affiliated Even, but i have no shame in saying Wildz casino is one of if not the best out there.

If they only have their things in order for VIP players they do deserve all these complaints. Ofcourse VIP players have priority on withdrawals and other benefits but if other players have to wait ages for verification/withdrawal/etc they are nowhere near being one of the best casinos.

yeah, indeed! unless youre a VIP member you can f... off? i think normal customers should be treated also with a little more respect.

One of the best? this is my worst experience with a casino until now, i'm sure i'll never be a VIP at Wildz because i wont deposit anymore there.

How is a delay in withdrawing legit won funds out of their control?

And being understaffed is suddenly becoming the players problem?

Put it this way, I made a number of withdrawals from CasinoEuro and it was received within the hour. And I am no VIP player there.

So if other casinos can do it, Wildz not doing it and blaming staffing levels is just a poor excuse.

@Skylined87 I Am reaching out as a last resort.  I am waiting on a withdrawal from Wildz and I see you've helped people before.  I am so discouraged with this casino. I have never had to wait over 7 days for a withdrawal let alone hearing anything from the casino.  Support keeps telling me the same copy and pasted script but I'm very worried I got scammed. What can I do?
