I have a complaint about Wildz Casino. I have made a withdrawal (€1600) 7 days ago with a verified account and still havent received any information. Whenever i talk to their customer support, they only tell me to be patient and that they are processing as fast as possible.
Furthermore i have €2000 in funds which i also want to withdraw, but when i withdraw them the withdrawal is declined.
They say that i went over the max bet of €5. This is true, but when i did al my funds were changed to bonusmoney which i already lost. So with a withdrawal that i cancelled i managed to win €2000 which i cant withdraw.
Is there someone on this forum that maybe could reach out to the casino, i feel like i am not getting any further. While i like Wildz i feel like the withdrawal time is to much of a hassle and i doubt if i will be ever playing at this casino any more. But before i self-exclude from this casino i want my withdrawal and my funds.
I saw that in a other post @Skylined87 was able to help some people.
Hope to get this resolved fast.
