Brian Koppen Posted 29 October, 2019 Share Posted 29 October, 2019 3 weeks ago did a withdrawal from 1700 euro that I won with 110 euro,my withdrawal was pending for over 2 days and several times I contacted customer service,they told me that the payment department had a delay in payments as they say they check every withdrawal manually.The 3rd day there was suddenly 35 euro in my account,that wasn’t bonus money so I played with it,a few hours later my withdrawal was rejected because they gave as reason that I violated the rules by a Breach of clause???they pay me back my 110 euro that I had deposit.Now the relevant department is reviewing this and they said I would take maximum of 10 business days,still after 10 business days didn’t get any feedback.I really feel they steal the money from me and I’m a very loyal player already for several years. The casino and provider do not adjust the rtp of the games based on whether you have recently won or lost. You are polluting a thread, a legitimate issue, with your stupid conjecture which you then pass on to us like it is a fact. Brian Koppen Posted 30 October, 2019 Author Share Posted 30 October, 2019 For everyone who’s interest about the outcome,the casino offered me 300 euro because they stay on point that I had violated the rules,I accepted the offer because i was tired about chatting and emailing in this case.But with the 300 euro I made 1500 euro so with my 110 euro they already send me back from my withdrawal,I feel as a winner ik this case?thnx to you all who gave good replies!hope they don’t reject my withdrawal this time?
