Talked to live chat, they said there was no problems with it but didn't offer any explanation as to why it's taking so long. Previous withdrawls have taken less than a week. Seems like nothing gets approved until I contact someone to see why it is taking so long. Mine is nothing like 2 weeks though, I'm contacting support if it takes more then 1 day as previously it would take a couple of hours to get approved. Link to comment
Xxxxwildingxxxx Posted 16 October, 2019 Share Posted 16 October, 2019 Say it's been more time than your allow ed to give there licence agreement I'm sure if that long they have to give your reason I'd mention this there holding your money without reason and you give enough time They could earn Interest and invest longer with thousand and thousand of delayed withdrawal shouldn't be allowed 2 weeks is more than enough only with reason then I'd say fair enough dont hold people money without reason Link to comment

A rep could not help if they the casino ' was holding withdrawel for genuine reason Link to comment
