They offer the Game on their Platform they are responsible for that @lookslikewukong

Actually it's Evolution gaming's responsibility. Provider has to take care of their games, it does not matter which casino they are partnered with.

For example - if there's an issue with Extra Chilli and the bonus gets stuck - Casino can't do anything except contacting provider to sort the issue on the provider side.

Can't blame LeoVegas, but if you do - then blame Casumo, Rizk, etc as well - as they offer the same game. :)

Im Not blaming them i just want a explanation because they own this Forum and they See that Players want answers why be quite on such a sensible topic

Provider needs to give the answer, LeoVegas has nothing to do with this and they can't possibly know what happened until they get response from them or the provider itself responds.

@Skylined87 for me this looks like wasting Time looks like they say Go away fast nothing to see here

And on top of that they did end the connection in the Video wich is more rigged instead of showing players what went wrong with the wheel they just stop the stream that says it all for me

And the Face of the Host as it happens also

I'm interested in what happened with the wheel. I assume connection was terminated by Evolution gaming (they cut the feed to the casinos) once they realized something is wrong.

I dont even play at leovegas why would i hate them you seem very Off point they have to give explanation of what happens in their site simple as that

Example you buy a Mercedes from a dealership when it breaks you dont Go to Mercedes you ask the dealership First cause they sold you the car same here

I bet they send you or the car to mercedes workshop to get it fixed.

I hope you wrote to all the other casinos who offer Evolutiongaming to explain this incident, because its seems like they all responsible for that.

The wheel is going to be heavy. The wheel is going to be balanced as well as it can be. The flapper is clearly broke so there is 0 resistance. Lay the video out frame by frame and you can clearly see it slowing down albeit very slowly, which is to be expected.

thing is with that many yellows and 2x stake why would it need to be rigged or have some sort of power behind it? disappointing in a reputable live casino when absolutely loads of money is staked and won/lost.

if evolution rig this what else do they rig? although I have won fair chunk from immersive roulette and lost a lot also, end of the day its no different from me using a credit card of yours in a shop, its theft + fraud. more regulations and checks need to be done into this + a few other of their brand.

Well, in the video from the "mobile phone" or whatever it is, it clearly shows that the flapper isn't out of the way, it doesn't stop until a tecnichan actually comes in and stops the wheel in the back (fixing the motor or whatever).

Are you on smack? You can clearly see it sitting at a 225 degree angle from the northern point. You don't need to be mechanically minded or have a PhD in physics to work out what is going on in these videos. A little bit of common sense does the trick.

This whole thread is load of bollocks. Everyone offering nothing apart from "rigged".

Didn't you know it's easier to say it's rigged when you lose? :D

Actually, the light tricked me, I see now that the flapper is on the left side, I was staring at the light point at the top of the wheel.

I don't play the game much like I don't play lotto games (because they're boring af), but I think before screaming "rigged" people need to understand that almost every spin is a winning spin for the game. There is no need to rig something that already wins with absolute certainty.

0 resistance looool, did you not go to school, does this wheel somehow defy the laws of physics, there is always resistance due to air, and mostly the point of rotation must be on a rod of some sort, therefore this friction causes resistance, face it, this is rigged, there is no way in this universe that wheel can keep spinning at the same speed without a motor
