It appears I have gotten 2*50nok bonus money, but didn't notice it being added to account. I was playing, so it is possible it was added without me noticing (but I assume if it has wager, it would be optional to collect?), but considering the hassle with collecting free spins, I wasn't sure there were similar issues with collecting other prizes? It's basically down to a limitation of the system and something we are looking to correct as soon as possible. I'll see what we can do for Merkur. We are always interested in great content! With regards to both Novomatic and Gamomat you are right. When launching these suppliers it was decided to focus on the best content, leaving out some of the older, less popular games. I'll see what I can do, but for sure all new titles will be released! Our portfolio of games should include Novomatic and games such ass Lucky Ladys Charm Deluxe, Book of Ra Deluxe, Dolphins Pearl and so on. Unfortunately these games are currently not live on site. It's basically down to a configuration issue and we're chasing the supplier to fix it so we can release the full game portfolio. When i contacted them via chat, 1st they said that it is because of my card provider - No problems with my card provider through. I could made online payments, deposits etc. After 2nd chat, they said that I need to send documents, and then their payment team will approve my deposits via the card. I did it, however they couldn't accept an English document with my bank statement - I never received the reason why it is rejected. 3 weeks later (Yesterday), I tried to deposit again - Transaction failed. Contacted them 3rd time - Again my Card provider is the problem. Actually with my GF's account (We tried with her card - Different Card Provider - We couldn't deposit again) they are saying the same thing over and over again - It is not from our side, it is from your card provider. Sadly that they can not make to get bonuses via another payment methods (Neteller, Skrill). I like the site how it is made, and the games that they have. I will find another casino. Link to comment

In terms of the rules and what "most casinos" do I'll leave that open. But for Frank & Fred and the Welcome Package bonuses, the wager of the whole amount refers to both the deposit and bonus. And in terms of the actual mechanic we offer; Our bonuses always take a part of the bet from deposited funds and the other part from the bonus funds. Winnings are split the same way around, meaning that you can forfeit your bonus, which will then result in half the balance being forfeited and the other half turning to real money. Since you contribute wagering towards the bonus with all bets, we felt it was clear that the "..total amount of the Welcome Bonus.." referred to both deposit and bonus funds. Update : The documents have been approved and the support told me that I Can not use my CC to deposit and get the bonuses and the promotions.
