Being UK player, i totally just bought Super Bonus every time lol! At 250x cost, it definitely didn't seem worth it - 512x & 599x were my 2 highest though those 2 were also the only real time it paid over 100x - probably 90% of all Super Bonuses paid back under 40x, and that was out of roughly 60 - 80 buys. You can see where the potential lies, as the multis can build up big quite rapidly, it's just anytime i had a good setup it just deadspan me out. Although it feels abit scripted with some overly obvious near misses, the game did also often surprise me by being fair and dropping correct symbols in at perfect times too. I'm already a fan of the Tumble mechanic they use, as i like that sometimes after 1 connection you can already see that another connection will form, and in a game like this where the multis add up it's especially satisfying knowing more tumbles are coming! The only negative aspect was i would very often end up with 2 or 3 wilds close to each other but no connections forming. The Present Box did give me 100x too and also got 4 free wilds one time and the 1FS one time too - seemed a relatively fair mechanic & i always like mini side bonuses! I agree the round speed of each free spin could be increased - it was annoying how long it took on the bad ones, but tbf on the good bonuses it was nice sitting back & watching it all add up lol - offering option of turbo at least would be handy. Overall a cool game imo, and though i didn't think I'd like it at first, it did really grow on me and was good fun to play!

Yeah, I've seen this Citizen Card alot but tbh it's basically just a fancy proof-of-age card for teenagers or those just turned 18yo. It is marketed as a verifiable National ID Card but it's not, hence why you'll find it's very hit & miss on which companies will accept it. I'm not surprised casinos won't accept it as it's very easy to get a card issued that isn't in your name - referee verification of the photos is totally pointless and the only databases they can cross-reference is basic shit like electoral register & credit reference files, which are not real time and are often outdated or incorrect - The Card issuers don't have any access to HMRC or .Gov type databases like say the Passport Office do. I'm not 100% sure what to recommend as a solution beyond paying the stupid cost & time of renewing your passport, as Leo are very unlikely to suddenly change their mind. It's just a pain in the ass they wanna reverify ID when it's run out! On a side note, are Leo asking because your withdrawal amount is substantially high?? If so, and you're playing on other casinos too, the only other thing I'd recommend is try withdrawing in multiple smaller increments over a longer timescale instead. My passport actually ran out 2 years ago and tbh if my casinos ID check me now I'm screwed too, but because my withdrawals are normally sub-£100 i've never been auto-flagged thankfully. And tbf to Leo, the money should sit there safe till you complete it all - i wish you luck with a swift issue!

Am sorry to hear you guys have been feeling so bad and hopefully you get to see some light at the end of the tunnel soon. The main thing i would recommend to help is reduce how much you focus on the actions of whatever casino companies and start thinking more about why you are doing it to yourself. The fact that gambling is the hole you've fallen into is irrelevant; what is relevant is why you have recently developed a tendency to fall into holes. When you do these things to yourself then the holes could just as easily be drugs, alcohol, escorts or even CSGO skins - you're gonna be wasting money, time & personal energy on anything if you're approaching it in such a self-destructive manner. I don't mean it to sound judgemental, yet it will require some raw & honest self examination to think why you keep feeling the need to do these actions to yourself - what do you think it brings you and/or what is absent in your personal life that it is making up for? You're clearly not a muppet who's gambling just because they seen a shiny new advert on TV, you're aware of the realities - I'm certain also you wouldn't tolerate people coming in your house every night and stealing £1000, so what is it motivating you to steal from yourself every night? Learning to realise you're worthy of a good life can often be part of it too, as falling into holes is an easy way of beating yourself up when you feel down. I know myself that the short term comfort & warmth the holes give you is 100% easier than actually dealing with real life, but the loneliness of a hole like gambling means it's also very easy to fall further in on yourself too. Again, learning to accept your life, realising you're worthy and taking pride in yourself for just being you can help in avoiding holes. The only other advice I'd say, is develop some plan or list of actions you can do whenever you feel the urges - coming to talk about it here is a brilliant first step and shows positive progression in itself, but it's when you're ballsdeep into a losing session and above to re-click the deposit button that the real help is needed - work out a plan for what you're gonna do to step away when those urge moments come, write it on post-it notes and stick them in visible sight. Humans are impulsive creatures and even with all the knowledge in the world its still very hard to resist impulse - developing something to pull you out of those instinctive moments will help, which is why I'd definitely also recommend speaking to proper professionals who can advise specific cognitive strategies that will help you personally on a day to day basis. Speaking to someone more professional would help address & alleviate any underlying personal issues too, and basically reduces the amount of fuel you're currently throwing onto your own fire. You clearly want help so take pride in being humble enough to ask, that's to be respected in itself - just remember you're doing any improvement work as much for yourself as you are anyone else. If you can prove ok where 300K came from (wages, loans, casino winnings, etc) then it's not a problem - you'll probably be asked for loads of document proof but if your incoming funds are legit then all should be fine. With regards the outgoing £130K, again I'm only assuming, but the bank will likely only be concerned about Revolut & the casino transactions because they offer potential avenues to siphon money away from original sources. As long as the same card was used every time and you're not scamming casinos into withdrawing to different accounts and the casino transaction history logs show all funds as being traceable & accountable, then again it shouldn't be a problem. Same for any other 'unknown recipients' that they are querying - you may also need to ask these other companies for transaction logs to show the bank, but again, if you can prove incomings & outgoings all add up and funds sre all legit, that should be enough for them. Plus, there's also a relatively strong possibility you've just been incorrectly auto-flagged somehow by the bank system - the fact it's not recognising established companies & labelling them as 'Unknown' could mean it's just made a mistake and requires clarification. Or it could just be because the location of where these companies are based is causing the banks system to flag it up - foreign based casino & financial services are traditionally always viewed with suspicion. Although, at the end of the day, the reason why they're asking is irrelevant - the fact they are is all that matters now. The bank will never tell you, and satisfying their request should be your only concern now. Since you didn't mention it, I'm assuming you account is still open & working fine. If they didn't lock your account, then there's a fractional possibility you're not the focus of the investigation and they're looking into someone you've transacted with, because your name has shown up as an entry on their statements. If it is you being investigated, then as Skylined says, banks will accept transaction history proof from casinos ok, although that does only prove what you did with the money - banks will generally also be way more concerned with where those funds are coming from, so if your account is receiving any large cash deposits or any credits from an account they already have flagged, then you'll probably be answering questions about those soon too. If either you or any mates who have paid you via bank transfer are doing dodgy stuff, then this is not a good sign & it means they're onto you - if you're just a regular guy with no criminal associations and all funds in your bank can be accounted for, then it should go away swift, depending on how efficient your bank is anyway.
