Yo dude, this sounds more to me like they're just verifying it's actually you and that no criminals or 3rd party are using your account unauthorized. If you've never sent these docs to casino before, then it is standard practice to have to submit them at some point - the automatic verification thing you thought was done is not full verification - that's just them having you declare you're a UK citizen, allowing you to open an account, deposit there & play - they're not breaking any Anti-Money Laundering Regs by accepting deposits without full verification, but they would be if they paid out withdrawals without full verification. I wouldn't be surprised if withdrawals over certain amount trigger automatic reverification requests too. Also, I don't know if I'm reading your history correct, but it sounds like; you were excluded for 6 years, you then open a new acct, win 6K which you instantly withdraw and then reapply self-exclude 15 mins later?? My favourite one out of all 3 has to be the 3rd one, Coin Collect - it has paid the best every time, plus the extra spins feature also improving available Coin Multipliers is really good addition, and lots of coin drops on screen keep the free spins clocking up nice too. It sounds like it had all got you trapped in a vicious circle, so it's impressive you have taken steps to pull yourself out - the money lost is one thing, but plenty of other people have lost their homes, jobs & families for the same reason, so you should take pride in the fact you've stopped it before it got real bad. And acknowledging you can't trust yourself is a sign of strength too - only weak people ignore their weaknesses. The only other advice i would give you is it could help to use this time away to examine what gambling actually gave you - if you ever feel like you're missing it, then use that time to try to pinpoint why you miss it, apart from it being just a habit. I think once you've had more time back with the family, etc and you can compare & contrast what both activities give you, i think you'll realise most gambling is actually quite boring and, beyond the habit of it, it isn't really giving you much fulfillment at all. I just wanted to add further though, you mentioning about screen recording is an important point - when i responded about lag, i didn't realize your choice was being displayed on screen correctly AND then results history was showing different figure - you just said results history was matching payout. If screen display is showing correct then yes that is a different issue to lag. But without any screen recording evidence, it would be hard to argue your case against their game history logs, so recording any new, unproven games or just all games played could well be the best idea for everyone to start doing. (As a side note, i would wager it is still likely going to be a server issue in that casino end is just getting overloaded with traffic & dropping packets - software bugs on slots isn't anywhere near the issue it is on say video games, etc, and server issues are way easier to check & confirm compared to code debugging, hence why i suspect you've seen quick payout since IBAS escalation - they probably just told your casino to get their fingers out and check their server logs, i doubt very much Pragmatic got asked to check their game source code)
