I hope PlaynGo fuck themselves over.
I doubt it will happen as the informed gamblers, those that sign up to forums where they can’t read and discuss, are a tiny minority. Will be a long time before the normal players evolve away from PlaynGo. Will take a lot of bad results to put them off.
If I am not mistaken PlaynGo became the main online slot provider a couple of years ago and it seems their business plan, once reaching the top, was to encourage the casinos to lower the RTP rather then develop products that will keep them at the top.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they had used the popularity of their products to demand a much higher profit share and offered the casinos the lower RTP scales as a way for them to justify the added premium.
example:If you want to use our products you are going to have to pay us 20% of the profits generated through our products rather then the previous 10% but don’t worry, you can lower the RTP and recoup that money!
Pure speculation on my part(I have no doubt this is the case but also have no proof)
The percentages in my example are made up, there is only one provider I know of that can demand 10% of the profits generated.
I just hope that it backfires on them and they slowly erode to nothingness.

Actually really like the game - seems easier to bonus then most. The 3 dead spins to end the bonus mechanic is a bit crap though - means no matter what happens in the bonus it always ends on 3 dead spins and leaves a sour taste.
On a game like Moneytrain it makes sense that it would get harder to hit a symbol as the possible spots to fill reduces as the bonus plays out. With Piggy it’s the opposite as the possibilities grow due to the expanding reels - dead spins when at max expansion really suck.-

Recently I have developed the most retarded of behaviours:
Keep depositing £200-£500 at a time
Lose 10-20% of my deposit and get in a really negative mindset
Go to roulette or blackjack and put the remaining balance on as one bet, all of it on 1 box in blackjack or all of it on Black on Roulette.
Have done this over 10 times on roulette and around 5 times on Blackjack - three times it came 0 on roulette... have only won once playing black with a £400 bet and have only once won the blackjack hand (doubled it and lost the next hand)
What is especially bad about this is that, as I am already down 10-20% of my deposit when I do it I am placing the bet and have the mindset that it is going to lose - hate that negativity.
Just did it again on lightning roulette, had £103.4 0 put £100 on black (timer ran out otherwise it would be all of it)
Came red.

I can hit a 37 to 1 shot but can't hit a 50/50
Also it is very lame that Evolution roulettes take the whole outside bet when zero comes.

You should be able to send them a bank statement that shows a payment to the casino from the bank account that is linked to the card - that should show the connection between the two.
Give them the exact date/time of the transaction so they can easily locate it on the statement.

Does your card have your bank account and sort code on it?
I’m guessing they pay out via your account rather then just make a reversal back to the card because reversals to that particular card is not an option. Is it Monzo or something similar?

Love this game. Would be nicer if, when you get the 3 multiplier skulls and trigger the feature, it counted a bit slower what each one is giving you; Can't keep up and only see from the bottom of the screen.

You are talking to a live chat agent who is little more then a receptionist. You will have to ask for it to be escalated to the relevant team, probably the accounts department, maybe even the responsible gambling department. You need the figure for your total staked and total won. What you have deposited/withdrawn is irrelevant in determining the RTP you have experienced. Deposits/withdrawals show profit and loss but that is very different to RTP.
Do you know how RTP is calculated?
Would help to understand what degree of understanding you have regarding how rtp works and is calculated. All you need is the figure for ‘total stake/bet/in” and the figure for “total return/win/out”
Once you have these figures you divide “return/win/out” by “stake/bet/in” and multiply by 100 - you now have your overall RTP percentage.
You can have an account that runs at 99% RTP and still never have a profitable run - What are you doing, what are you playing - how much do you deposit each time on average, what’s stake size do you play, do you just keep playing until the money is gone? What games are you playing?

The claim that you have never had a win over 10x is very vague. Do you mean you have never had a spin resulting in a win over 10x(impossible if playing regular unless the game has a max win cap of 9x)

Do you mean your deposit amount has never gone on to win and become 10x the initial deposit figure?
My account balance very rarely gets to 10x what I deposited.More info would be good if you don’t mind sharing. Also, calm interaction will get you somewhere, aggression will end communication. When dealing with the casino I mean - you are free to vent and rage here in the forum.
Party Casino is quite infuriating to deal with in my experience - have a really strange dismissive tone. When you see my complaint, you will see what I mean.

Just over 100x @£0.20 from the basegame.
Quite a nice game - can see the potential in both the bonus and the freespins. The volatility comes at a cost though as it shreds the balance.
Probably wouldn't play it outside of a promotion - only here to get a new phone!

I dispute that it is down to the fact they would make a make a loss if they ran the higher RTP versions - if that were true then they why do they run the games from other providers with over 96% RTP
I believe PlaynGo is using their clout to demand a higher profit share and offering the adjustable RTP as a way to offset the increased cost(and also increase their profit share)
Milking as much as they can while at the top - I hope they wither away. They will probably continue lowering their RTP to compensate without considering that it will turn people off.
