I’m sorry but I don’t attach screencaptures of my withdrawals or game round screenshots here etc. It’s something too personal.

I don’t care if I get banned or you don’t believe me. I just wanted to share my application for everybody for free and share my good feelings about the biggest casino win I’ve ever had.

No shit you can’t. I knew you would be unable to post any proof.

Always going on about Evolution needing to provide proof their games are not rigged - you can’t even prove your own claims 😂

    Pure comedy.

Don’t worry, I’m not a mod and can’t ban anyone.

  2. I used to bash Elk but they have really upped their game.

Love this game and Cluster Slide is my favourite game at the moment.

They are really on to something with their sound design.

    Well done Elk.

  3. They shouldn’t blame you or try to make you feel bad about the whole situation. Protecting vulnerable persons from been harmed or exploited by gambling is one of the 3 key licensing objectives - Unibet really won’t want a formal complaint, submitted by a vulnerable person, displaying that they have been harmed as they will have to send the outcome, plus details of the complaint, to the UKGC. The same UKGC that set the 3 main licensing objectives of which “Protecting children and other vulnerable persons from been harmed or exploited by gambling” is 1.

Given the choice between a £60 refund or UKGC recording a failing they will always go for the refund(unless there was some trickery on your part complicating the matter.)

But first, contact Unibet quietly and calmly, explain the situation and give them a chance to investigate/reply/rectify.

Bear in mind it’s the weekend and complaints/legal departments, even in a weekend centric business like a casino, everyone wants the weekend off.

  4. If you were able to just log in, deposit and play then the casino has fucked up and it will be easier for them to just give you back the money.

If you used any deception to gain entry then the casino has some grounds not to pay you.

If what you are saying is true and you were able to just log into your old, self excluded, account then they casino has definitely fucked up and should pay you - if you make a complaint then they would have to report this failing of their safer gambling checks to the UKGC. I don't know if this applies if you are not in the UK.

Best bet is to email Unibet an informal query asking them to explain why it was that you were able to simply log in and deposit. At this stage be clear that it is just a query, state something along the lines of "please note that, at this stage, this correspondence is not to be received as a formal complaint".

The last thing you want is to enter the complaints proceedings over £60 as it can takes months once in the formal complaint process - this issue they should just pay to make go away. Letting them know that it is not a complaint also lets them know that you are aware of the complaint procedures and will ultimately go down that route if no acceptable resolution is reached.

Can still take time for them to respond - I think Unibet may have just had a kick up the backside regarding SOF by the UKGC so all their verification and legal departments will be quite tied up - also near the end of financial year so... whole industry is a bit sluggish at the moment.

  5. It is a volatile game. Had a few stretches where I’d go 2-5000 spins without a Garga back when everywhere had the 96% version.

It is a demon in disguise.

Never give it more then 20 spins these days, if it’s in the mood - great. If it’s not in the mood then there is little point chasing.

If it gives you big connections and horizontal instability then it’s in the mood . If it give you vertical instability and a single 5 symbol connection per spin then you should play something else.

  6. It’s an illusion - the bonus rounds have the worst RTP of all the positions.

It tricks the player very well - pretty much the perfect design in that regard.

It is immensely popular compared to any other live casino offering - so popular in fact that any decent casino has to have it in their catalogue. As they need Crazytime they also pick up the whole evolution suite. Evolution gaming is completely crushing the competition - will complete Leroy dominate the US market as that starts opening up.

If you are sick of Evolution taking you money I suggest buying Evo stock.
It is on sale now after that silly complaint submitted by a competitor. Will go back to previous highs near or after earnings report - expect this to be first year posting $ 1 billion revenue. 50% profit margin, potential dividend, stock split and US IPO on the horizon. Literally cannot go tits up - I got in at 946 kr/sek and it’s been printing since.

What so when casino's rip you to death with predetermined results controlled via software designed to get everyone playing every day they call it "random" and hide behind Rng algorithms and regulator tests that do not replicate a players controlled account. But when the software fucks up and benefits the player then it's not "random" and is put down to a malfunction lol. Make your fucking minds up is it random or not?

I don't think software malfunctions are part of the overall RNG calculation the games are based on.

Edit: Epiiic. 360 from CT bonus. The odds 0,11%. The bonus has vanished from the wheel. Follow the game and look how it avoids it.

Can you show your working please.
