Li_Shang Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 Hello! I got an 100% bonus from redbet, 500sek. I accidently played 5 30kr spins when they had max bet 20kr with bonus (which is really bad) however, as soon as i realised that i made those 5 spins with too much stake, i contacted support. When i did this, the balance was 4000sek. They told me to keep spinning, but to not bet over 20kr in the future. So i did, i sat for some hours and grinded through the bonus, ended on over 10k SEK. The day after, i get an e-mail saying that i can't have my winnings since i didnt follow the bonus terms, cause i did 5 spins with 10kr too much stake. Its so fucking bad that they tell me to keep spinning just so they can take it all afterwards - stay away from this site. Link to comment
TheManbearpig Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 Did u do any screenshots from the chat?talk to them again and ask why r they behave like asholes Link to comment
SuperSmask Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 Hey @Li_Shang sorry to hear about the confiscated winnings. It's very good that you informed chat, but they don't have the final say in these cases. I urge you to try and contact support again and explain that it was accidental and that u contacted them as soon as you realized your error. Aldo mention that chat told you to continue wagering.. Just because they removed your balance does not mean it's their final decision. Plz keep us informed... Writing them an email I feel is the best way to approach it. Link to comment
sirbuzzk Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 Request the chat log from them (they are required to both store and send it over to you if requested) and explain you were following their instructions. If you are not able to sort it this way send me a PM and I will see if I might be able to assist Link to comment
Li_Shang Posted 30 January, 2018 Author Share Posted 30 January, 2018 Yeah i got the log where he tells me to keep spinning, i told them that i will go forward with this and not accept that they told me to keep going. I got this answer: Support Palita:Han sa att du kan fortsätta spela men inget om att det inte skulle ske en konfiskering eller inte. Vi beklagar detta om du känner att du vill gå vidare med det här så kommer vi inte att hindra dig Translate: He told you that you can keep playing, but he said nothing about that your winnings wont be taken away. We are sorry that you want to take this further but we won't stop you. .... Link to comment

I just can't stand casinos that can't distinguish bonus abuse, and an honest mistake. If this happened on a bigger site like Leovegas im sure they would help me out. Link to comment
SuperSmask Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 Have u written them an email? Support can't really help u reverse this decision, so make sure to log it as a complaint emphasizing that this was not bonus abuse but an honest mistake. I still think you could get back the money. Marcossvon Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 I see Redbet is on the list of supported casinos by CasinoGrounds - perhaps assistance from them may also help. Supersmask is right - email first and see what they reply. Will be different and more formal than chat. Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 "Support Palita:Han sa att du kan fortsätta spela men inget om att det inte skulle ske en konfiskering eller inte." That's the most ridiculous i've ever heard. So, we should be aware of the things that has not been said? How can live chat/support ever be trusted again after a story like this? Besides, chat or e-mail, the answer you get should not mean more or less depending on the way you communicate with the support. If chat doesnt know the answer, they should tell so, and ask you to send an e-mail. I guess this will be the moment where Casino Grounds has a good opportunity to show that they really represent the best casinos and help @Li_Shang to solve this issue. Show us what you are made of Link to comment
SuperSmask Posted 30 January, 2018 Share Posted 30 January, 2018 @Li_Shang did you sign up through CG or a streamer or directly at the site itself? Link to comment

Ziggy Posted 31 January, 2018 Share Posted 31 January, 2018 I just simply cannot believe how crappy these online casinos are getting to ruin their reputation for a couple of hundred euros. Pathetic. Of course you cannot trust them. They will do everything they can not to pay. All you have to do is read the ridiculous T's&C's at most casinos to realise what their true intentions are: To take, but not to give. Link to comment
Ziggy Posted 31 January, 2018 Share Posted 31 January, 2018 I guess @Nick @LetsGiveItASpin or other CG representatives could assist you in this instance since the named casino is represented on this website. Good luck anyway. Link to comment

Good luck anyway. May be problematic. I have been asked before to help with another casino but didn't get anywhere being cited "data protection law". Not a lot I could do. Probably would have had more joy if I referred the player alas that wasn't the case. That is not to say Redbet would act the same of course if being contacted. Link to comment

Well in all fairness the OP did break the T's and C's so your statement is a little harsh. It looks like the OP was given the wrong information by a chat representative and the casino can make things good as compensation if it so decides. Link to comment

This is exactly why I asked where OP had signed up. Since it's not a player of CG, casinos don't want to discuss player issues due to the "data protection law". I still believe though that the issue can be fixed, even though max bet terms where breached. Link to comment
Andreas Posted 31 January, 2018 Share Posted 31 January, 2018 Hi Li_Shang, I am in talks with Redbet about this. Will revert when I have more. Could you perhaps send me your username/e-mail there via PM to ensure they can investigate? Thanks Link to comment

Leo Vegas is a f*cking disgrace. I am level 60 and they scammed me out of measly 600€ Do you even know how much money you have to play with to get level 60 on Leo? Insane amounts. Leo Vegas is a disgrace to the casino industry. I also liked Leo Vegas before but I have seen their dark-side now. Daniel Norind*r, son of ex-pokerpro Mikael Norind*r works there on their loyalty department and he doesn't do anything to help out either in the case. So much for their Loyalty Support. Happily I have addresses to a few Leo Vegas employees and you can do a lot of fun things when you have someones address and birthdate. They did bullshit with the wrong guy and I will be a pain in the ass for at least 3+ months from now. How did they "scam" you out of 600? And doing "fun things" to employees is never cool. You are right, that's why I edited away that part of my post. That would be disrespectful and sinking myself to Leo Vegas level. Sorry. Link to comment

Their loyalty programme is non existent. They are good for the game selection and fast pay outs but that is about it. Link to comment

Just got frustrated when someone called Leo Vegas a great casino, that is a complete joke. I have another thread on this site. If you are interested you can read the story there. I am out. If anyone want to play on Leo Vegas, do it but don't come crying when you might get assf*cked in the future. It was all smooth sailing for me during 55-60 levels but then they decided that 600€ was worth more than a customer that has given them 20k euro per year active. Link to comment
