  1. I won 100x. I was betting 2 euros for insane amounts of spins and my win was 200 euro during Wild Swarm mode. That is not really good and I will stick to the likes of Danger, Queen of Riches and White Rabbit instead that has huge potentiaaaleee. I am yet to see a 1.000x+ win on Wild Swarm mode on Youtube. Is it even possible? It should be possible with a 10.000x win considering how hard it was to reach the mode. All of my fellow gambling peeps also reporting only 50-100x wins in the mode. No, I don't like this slot and I won't play it again. Neither recommending it to anyone. Play this slot with great caution and low bets if you must play it.
  2. This game is pathetic. You will reach level 5. Then it will take thousands of thousands of spins and never active the Wild Swarm mode. And probably when you get it, after a million spins it will be totally shit anyway. Stay away. Play better games like Danger, Queen of Riches, Bonanza for example. You have been warned. Now maybe someone will post a big win of this game to prove I am wrong but well, maybe 1 in 1.000 people actually activate the Wild Swarm without loosing 1 million dollars before.
  3. I don't care about the money I have lost. You obviously did not read the post. I just want to mention that this situation may be marked as SOLVED! Daniel made an effort and took this to higher level and I am happy we finally could reach an agreement regarding this. One of the main reasons that Leo Vegas decided to pay me back was that the handling time was to long. Leo Vegas received an email that they took as very serious content from me and it took 14 days until responsible gaming paused my account. That is the main reason. It took way to much time. Instant action should have been taken against my account. Let me give an example: Member X writes to a gambling site: I have lost everything, might kill myself tonight. And then the gambling site takes 14 days to pause the account or take any action. Is that reasonable? No. Let me just say that the above text is an extreme example and nothing close to what I wrote but still. The handling time was to long and therefore Leo decided that it was fair to pay out. I am happy with the solution and it feels good to put an end to this. This was never about the money itself. If you think that, then you have completely misunderstood my p.o.v. Have a nice weekend.
  4. And to add to some final words: I would never do anything that could hurt anyone physically. I am genuine friendly guy that got robbed by Leo Vegas in the most despicable way. Closed account 2 days before the monthly campaign were to end and several weeks after the email I sent just so they could drain more money before closing it. Then lied and said 3 months break, welcome back then. Then after 3 months when I wanted to open account, banned for life. This site is nothing but a joke and even if Leo Vegas say they can sue me for all further comments I make in forums or whatever, they can't sue me for telling the 100% honest truth. All my text I have written above is from emails between me and Leo and it's all saved in several email accounts.
  5. Today I got an email from Leo Vegas Legal Team due to some comments about addresses and employees. Was told to stop or legal actions would be taken against me. Fair enough. Still awaiting my 620€. Probably won't get them but then don't come crying to me when shit hits the fan. I already told Leo Vegas they are messing with a pissed off dude that has nothing to loose. Can't write more since Leo reads here and basically owns the place. Would not be the smart move. Thread can be locked. I will not respond here anymore.
  6. LeoVegas email the 27th of December: We want to inform that you cannot open any other accounts at Leo Vegas and must wait until the 3 months have passed to re-open the account. Remember that Leo Vegas isn't going anywhere. We are staying here and when the placed break/pause is done we will give you a warm welcome back. I sent them an email yesterday, like this: Hello <personal information>! My 3 month break is coming to an end. I did talk a little bit with Kim (LetsGive...) who explained to me that this ran higher up in the company and therefore you couldn't do anything. But couldn't you have wrote to me directly? Why through Kim? Anyway.. Since Leo didn't want to solve this situation as adults I have to find myself getting run over. Can you at least hook me up with a Bonus for odds? With Wager-requirements when I can log in again That would at least ease the pain over the situation a little bit. Anything we can work out? Then silence for 36 hours and then I got an email from Leo Vegas Support! (Not <personal information>. Why is he hiding?) Leo Vegas email the 13th of March: Basically they said in my language (to lazy to translate the whole text) that I am banned for life. First they say: Welcome back in 3 months and we give you a warm welcome again. Then after 3 months (almost): You are banned for life. Goodbye. Thanks for your money. This is the End of the story as you will know it. I am however someone you don't want to play games with. I have address to many employees by looking up many of the people working at Gears of Leo AB and by searching at facebook. It's kind of fascinating how much information one could achieve with only facebook. I would never hurt anyone. But I love to send chocolates and love letters. I will not stop until I have received the 620€. I have lost 40-50k € at Leo Vegas over the years I have been active. I don't even care about that money even though I think it's unfair by Leo to close my account when being down a lot. Everyone that has been playing for a long time knows that a big win is due to even stats. Has been so at every site I have played at.. down 10k euro, then you get a big win of 8k euro. Down 20k euro, you get a 16k euro win and so on. Leo Vegas ban me now since the system is due to pay out. Keep the 40-50k euro but what's right shall be right and I will not stop and it will only get worse depending on how much time it takes. I can't spell any more beans now. Leo Vegas know what my bank account is and the amount of their theft. Sorry if you find this last message a little childish but this is the last resort. Banned for life and nothing to loose. This whole thing has been insane. Play here at you own risk. This company has grown too big for it's own good. You will get ran over.
  7. I am stunned. I got my account paused for three months as above. Fine. I was welcome back after 3 months. No problems, just ask. Yesterday I sent an email and asked for a compensation BONUS with wager requirements since Leo did not want to solve this situation as adults. Instead of getting a friendly reply I got an email saying I am banned for Life. Everyone that knows casino business knows that when you have lost for a long time a big win to even things out eventually will come. Leo now decided to cancel my account for Life since they know I will profit because I am down alot in RTP. This is nothing but a huge scam! Do not trust this company!!! <personal information> in their VIP are so scared he does not even dare to answer emails even though I have a friendly tone. When I get home I will post evidence with email conversations.
  8. I do not think you really understand what this is about. What Leo Vegas basically did was to steal 400-620€ from me depending on how you look at it. Their TCs save them. They can close an account at anytime. They dont have to give you an answer to why. Its scary. They could have waited 2-3 days and let me finish the monthly campaign, not wait 14 days and let me put in more money in the campaign and then close/pause the account without even a phone call. What kind of unseriousity is that? I know what I am talking about. I even won a trip with Leo Vegas to the Champions League final before so I would not bash on Leo unless I wasnt really shocked by the treatment in this matter. I have been playing on easily 20+ sites over the years. As I said. All good for a long time but how they decided to handle this case is totally absurd and I basically cant believe it.
  9. Kim aka LetsGiveItASpin was on the case but it turns out this goes higher up in the company so <personal information>, or Tobias or anyone lower can't do anything. So, basically end of the story. Leo Vegas decided that 620€ was more worth than 2+ year customer relationship. It's kind of interesting and at the same time shocking that a company can turn from good to insane. The response time in their emails and now they don't even respond. Crazy. What has happened to this company? I am stunned. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO NOT HAVE LARGE AMOUNTS ON LEO VEGAS! They can close your account at any time and they don't have to give you ANY reason at all. Most of the people reading here will think that: "I have not had any problems at all with Leo Vegas. This guy must be crazy." Well, imagine that it all went completely perfect for me over 2+ years and NOW this. I strongly suggest CAUTION and to not have any larger amounts on this site. You have been warned. That's all.
  10. 8 days have passed and still no response from Loyalty regarding the email I sent them with some feedback and criticism. If that isn't proof what this company is about, then I don't know what is.
  11. Everything I stated in my post is true. Why would I lie? All I want is to have a decent and fair compensation (Leo, <personal information> and Kim know what amount I am asking for) and it's not really a large one by looking how much I spent on Leo over the years. I want it since they let me play on in the LVFC after <personal information> response thinking everything was alright and then they suddenly closed the account 3-4 days before end of the month. Insanely frustrating and a bad timing. Also I would like an excuse from Leo, and a note that this crap won't happen again. If this scenario happens to another customer, they shall pause the account and wait for the investigation from their Responsible Gaming department. Not let the customer play on for several weeks, doing their campaigns and have the account paused in the end of the month after spending 620€ on the campaign. I will not set my foot on the Leo Vegas website until I have had my compensation and I sure as hell will be a pain in the ass If I don't get it. @LetsGiveItASpin already asked for some information. I don't know how involved he is with Leo and how many people he knows there but at least he knows about the issue. I sent Loyalty department an email almost a week ago and wrote the following: (Until today I have not received a response to this. Lovely.) "Hi <personal information>, hope you had a great week. I must say I am a little bit disappointed that you couldn't help me out a bit more in the issue with the Responsible Gaming department. What I wanted to say is that I am not disappointed about the break, I totally understand you did your job and I accept it. What I can't accept and am pissed about is: 1. You should have called me. If there were something unclear, or ask me about the situation. More serious. 2. That you would have paused my account right away and wait for Responsible Gaming department to have their look. Not let me play on and think that everything is okay. How fun do you think it is to actually throw 620€ away? For nothing? For a campaign I am not allowed to finish? How would you feel? 3. That it took a whole 14 days until my account was paused from your answer. It should have been paused immediately or within 2-3 days or you could have waited 3 more days at the end of December. Or a simple phone call! I am disappointed, and will be for a long time. As soon as I hear your commercial on radio or TV daily I can only think: Damn bastards. You owe me 620€. That's how I feel. I wish I could change those feelings, but I got an email from Responsible Gaming saying Case Closed so I guess they have made up their mind that 620€ was more important than to treat a customer with a little bit of fairness. Thanks for everything you did during the years I have been active, nothing to complain about other than I would have wished for a little more help with this. And Leo has a lot of things to improve. Best regards"
  12. Askgamblers complaint done. Now I am talking with some media. Not the big ones since they don't want to tell the truth about casinos. They make money of advertising for sure. Leo Vegas still refuses to respond who are their outside dispute resolution agency in my country. It's been a week+ with complete total silence.
  13. Leo Vegas once again, taking ages to respond to the emails. Sent them a letter asking them what our examination programs on TV and the media might think about Leo Vegas taking 13 days after (what they say) was a serious email. This was Friday - No response as of today. Sent them another one on Saturday, asking who they use as a outside dispute resolution agency - No response as of today. I also did contact them over live-chat on Sunday, asking the same questions and also why they are taking so much time. Hoping I will drop it and forget? Probably. Their live-chat person went to ask someone who their outside dispute resolution agency were in my country. Came back and told me, he don't know. Of course. Was told they are working on it (the emails). And they claim that they have perfect, quick solving support. If 2 weeks to get an answer is fast support, well then yes. So next step for me tomorrow or tonight depending how much energy I'll have after my training is AskGamblers. Anyone else thinking it's pathetic to handle this kind of matter over email? Their Relevant department hiding behind the support. Don't even have a direct way of contacting them. When you win a trip with Leo Vegas, they call you but when it comes to a tricky and complicated situation they just ignore and hide behind emails. How funny!
  14. Very helpful mate. I will see what this leads to. It's a first for me. Will keep you posted about what happens. Would like to wish you all the best and have a nice weekend!
  15. Everything above is true. All the time-frames. <personal information> (loyalty) sent me from his Leo Vegas email that the situation was worrying. And after that it took 13 days until any action at all was taken against my account. 13 days! Do you have any idea what kind of gambling authorities I should look at? Instead of playing on Leo Vegas. I will be spending my time on this. Maybe I'll learn something. I agree with you. Upon receiving that email (if they didn't understand it), an instant pause should have been applied within hours. It took from December 14 to December 27. A whopping 13 days and 8 working days!
