Thunderkick gaming provider bug??

Hi to all,

I was playing one of the beat the beast slots yesterday, I triggered the bonus then about two spins into bonus the game crashed and it would not load back up regardless of everything I tried. Video slots say they will contact thunderkick to try and recover the game round and fix the issue but how long would that take?? 
never had this issue in the past. 
cleared cache, tired chrome and safari and still won’t load that game up. Any help would be appreciated guys!!

This happened to me with one of their games at 21casino - took just over a working week for them to credit me the money from the bonus round but it was around 3 months before I could load up the particular slot.

Did you manage to even see the bonus play out? Or do we have to believe what they say it would of payed out and the money is credited to my balance?

I had the same issue one time on White rabbit from btg. I was over a week before i got response the casino, that the provider could see that the game has crashed. I had not played the bonus, they did three bonus from the provider and paid me the average from what they won

It’s been a week now and still nothing.. videoslots say they will email me once they have dealt with thunderkick but I cannot see this happening anytime soon. Will update if they do. Thanks for response orzabot

Didn't see the bonus play out, it was a low volatility game and was only a small amount. Just accepted the amount and didn't care too much - was more bothered that the game was unavailable to be for a few months as it was a game I used to successfully wager deposit bonuses.

It’s rare when it happens but it sucks.
