  2. Is nobody bothered that Leovegas can cancel a UK players withdrawal for no reason whatsoever. I am a fully verified member member of this massive casino site yet they keep returning my withdrawals back to casino balance. Their chat is non existent and their email is better. They have breach UkGc guidelines yet I see they can get away with it. Why do people still affiliate for such a bad company that cancels withdrawals for UK player. leovegas has gone downhill for sure. Never seem to take letsgiveitaspins withdrawal from him or never cancel fruity slots withdrawal . They all play here and they have no problems. Is anyone else having issue with Leo when it comes to withdrawing in the uk? 5 times I’ve tried to withdraw to the card registered on my account and they cancelled it and returned it back to my casino balance every time. I am fully verified member and normally withdrawals come to my bank within 10 minutes. This should not be happening at all. please sort this out Leo.

Hello to all reading this, I have been a member of rizk for some time and I received an email the other day regarding offers from the etc. Cut the long story short I fully verified with email to prove so. I deposit and have £250 in my casino balance . They won’t let me withdraw it and now the account is blocked every time I try to login. where can I report the casino as I normally use ‘resolver’ to deal with these issues but they can’t even find Rizk casino on their list to chase them up. any help would be appreciated. maybe even @skylined87 could help?….. 🙏 Jack
  6. @shane young . Forgot to mention I’m withdrawing using debit card method. there must be an ongoing issue regarding payouts to debit cards because there’s loss of people on chat. The queue is ridiculously long.

Where do I start, the queuing system on chat is ridiculous and average wait time is about an hour or so that’s depending if you haven’t already been disconnected from the chat for no reason whatsoever. I’m a fully verified customer and have played here for many years. I have never ever had any issues with Leo until now. There is an issue regarding payouts as all it says in payments history for current withdrawal is pending… this is simply not good enough, a massive site with decent credibility so why tarnish it by not paying out customers when they win. I am never one to bad mouth a casino but if this not resolved shortly then Unfortunately for Leo the gambling commission will be contacting them for sure. I know it will most likely result in me getting my money and the casino may even block my account if I take this action against them. Same happened with casumo and Rizk casino a couple years ago. I took them to the UKgC and they paid out within 24 hours and locked both accounts. gambling simply isn’t the same anymore ☹️

I have cleared cache on all devices and it still won’t work. They said they will contact me via email once they have found a solution to the problem.   15. Hi does anyone know what the usual protocol is for when you trigger a bonus round on a game but then the game crashes and won’t load back up to the feature to play it out? This is very annoying.
