Played again after a long time, paid € 300, was not credited. I sent them my bank statement. Still nobody cares. No comment and no money for a week. When i contacted support they said they needed some documents (KYC) to open my account again. Said it was standard procedure. 2 days later i contacted support to ask for status, and a few minutes later they sent me a mail, and said i was a political exposed person. I replied to the email instantly, but i guess i will have to wait another 2-3 days before i get a reply. I am very courios on how the winning spin on Katmandu Gold went! Link to comment
