  1. For two weeks I have not received my deposited money either credited or returned. The dirty casino cheats on a grand scale. I've been emailed several times now that I'm not the only one. CASINOGROUNDS!!!! do you guys help, or are you already just as fake as everyone else. where is your alleged help if you have problems with a casino.
  2. And next round. Money from the deposit disappeared again and wildz refuses to help. Honestly. These have become real rip-offs and scammers. And since Casinogrounds doesn't help a bit either and continues to advertise this filthy casino, you also know how serious they are.
  3. It gets even better. I sent all the documents directly at the beginning of the week and asked for clarification. That's when Wildz confirmed to me that there had been two failed deposits and now I have an idiot (Dennis) in the chat saying that the whole thing doesn't exist and that I have to submit the documents. I probably won't get my money back. and the help from casinogrounds is more like 👎
  4. The week is over and I still haven't gotten the money back from my deposits. And the filthy support from the scammers doesn't help me one bit. Who can tell me what to do. I will definitely warn about this filthy casino on all platforms now. It's not the first time either, and it's not just happening to me. Also don't understand from casinogrounds that you are advertising for such casinos.
  5. Really great. And again trouble with Wildz. I have paid several times with Klarna and twice the money has not been credited. Klarna says everything has been booked normally and the money has arrived at Wildz. They come to me with all sorts of excuses and tell me every day that I should be patient although they would be able to look for the deposits based on my IBAN and the intended purpose. This has been confirmed to me by both Klarna and my bank. Conclusion: Wildz = worse and worse service, absolutely no longer recommendable and it used to be a great casino.
  6. What's up with Boom Casino? Just trouble with them all year round. Money disappears for weeks. Payouts are delayed again and again due to "technical problems". And now I should on 4.8. a birthday bonus can be booked. And again just kidding. Every day anew: "Your request will be passed on immediately, we will contact you when the bonus has been booked." The casino is really just a mess. I pay in almost 1000 euros every month, but the service has been getting worse and worse for months.
