BOOM CASINO: beware!

I just wanted to warn you about depositing on BOOM CASINO. I deposited funds to my account 4 days ago and the funds were removed from my bank account, but never credited to my casino-account. I then tried to contact them 5 times and they keep telling me that they will get back to me by email. the first time they said that my transaction was declined and that it should arrive back to my account shortly, meaning 1 or 2 days. however I took a screenshot of the transaction details which said that the transaction went through. In other words it seems like boom casino just stole money from me. Finally, I do not recommend BOOM CASINO and I hope you do not make the same mistake as I did.

Things like banking errors between your bank and a casino take longer than 4 days to resolve, this doesnt mean Boom is bad

Agreed, be patient. This unfortunately sometimes happens.. Will be solved for sure

@Slotspinnerwhy is every post like this answered by you or somebody similar and then die almost instantly or get closed down by the fat ******, u claim to the biggest online gambling forum but squash any discussion about the problems of gambling.

You join this forum and all the front page is full of massive wins this is not the reality of gambling, If you really are the biggest forum why not show the reality of a normal person gambling what you show is not it.

P.s come at me fanboys defend them, when all they do laugh at how much money u give them

In UK, it normally takes 7 working days for the transaction to be reversed back by the merchant (bookie in this case). Might be different for other countries. My UK bank normally takes 7 days and singapore bank 14 days. Contact your bank for the timeframe for merchant reversal, of course it will look like the transaction has gone through in your statements but in reality it is just held and if the merchant doesn't take it within x days (normally 7), it will be reversed back to you. This applies to every other transaction, not just with a bookie.

? i responded to the problem in question, mentioning the issue and the long timeframe it usually takes to resolve it.
Nothing of what you said had anything to do related to the issue of the post or anything else.

Whats your point? If you hate gambling, i advise you to stop playing.

An update still haven't received any e-mail from boom casino. I logged in yesterday and suddenly I had 20 € standing there. but I had deposited with 100% bonus and of course didn't receive that. Seems as boomCasino is not a serious provider so I'd not recommend depositing on BC. Thank you for all you replies.

Contact your Bank and tell them you have been scammed. Every bank allows something called 'chargeback' whereby your bank raises a dispute with Casino's bank and reclaim the funds. Do it sooner, rather than later if the problem persists.
