I've contacted support so many times and every time they tell me their Security team will email me. I've sent all forms of documents required multiple times and at one point they even asked me for a selfie holding my prrof of identity. I've now waited 3 days and yet my account has not been verified which is leading to my withdrawal sitting there. Any streamers have a contact which can help me at all? Just a joke that a casino is quick to take my money but when it comes to a withdrawal they are delaying as long as possible. Even after sending emails to complain and contacting Support. I remember that verification took some time, I think they handle alot of brands though and youre put in a queue. I remember I pushed them a bit for verification and I got verified the next day. Just wait, you've only just uploaded documents in a format they accept, the verification process is starting now. I hope you just mean that you uploaded picture proof of your ID, most sites require pdf files for bank statements and payslips these days. Put a wager limit on your account if you are worried about tilting. Link to comment

They only just verified my account yesterday after pestering them. Support and Security were giving me contradicting information. So, Support would check the proof and say it's good to upload and Security would say it's not good enough. Ended up just speaking to Security only.
