Hi Peeps

 

This is nothing serious but just wanted to know if anyone has ever been chat banned permanently ?

I was playing Crazy Time last night and playing and chatting away as you do and i see Bella reading the chat but she seems to be struggling to read it so i type the following * Bella you are squinting , you need glasses ?  *

The next second i get a message on chat from Live Support telling me i have been suspended from any further chat and to contact customer support , i immediately go 1 on 1 with the Live Support and ask them what did i say that merited this action , they do not offer any reason , after repeated requests to tell me what i typed that they found offensive he again tells me to contact customer support and then closes the chat without any explanation, now i know this sounds petty but i quite enjoy the interaction with the hosts and i have never verbally abused them in any way , i even stick up for them if someone else is being rude or offensive towards them so this ban has got me flummoxed !

I have contacted WH who i bet with and have asked them if they can pursue the reason why i now cannot converse with any host on the site , for me it really takes away a lot of the enjoyment of playing these type of games as it is always good to share opinions and experiences etc , i am awaiting a response from WH.

I mean can you imagine going into a land based Casino and the Management advise you that under no circumstances can you engage the dealer or croupier in conversation , it's absolutely insane  !!

 

Sorry for the long message but just wondered if anyone had suffered the same , i have a feeling that something has been lost in translation and that a simple comment has been misread or it means something else where the Live Support are based.

I double checked all details regarding the matter along with our Live Hosts and would like to apologize for the whole experience you went through.

It seems that the temporary restriction of your chat was as a result of a mistake made by one of the chat moderators at the time.

The specific line that led to this was - "bella , ur squinting , u need glasses".

I am guessing that you can understand the word 'squinting' was taken as a different one, which caused for the chat to be ultimately restricted.

I can confirm that the Chat feature is now once again active and can only ask for your understanding that what happened was indeed nothing more, but an honest mistake as a result of a misunderstanding.

Now since you carry no fault at all for what happened, on this occasion I have added a free Live Casino bonus for you to use. It's for the amount of 20.00 GBP and it has a 5x wager requirement attached to it.

Judging by some of the comments you see on the Live Dealers chats I guess they get to the point where they jump to conclusions of where they would think something is out of context or rude. 

I think they probably have a duty of care to staff and went a bit over the top and I guess in a way people who use the chat to ask dealers for numbers and or verbally abuse them need to respect they ruin it for others. 

Evoloution chat has become a bit rogue with comments from people verging on disgusting. I would have to say for the casino to give you a free bonus is very commendable.

English is unlikely to be the first language of many of the moderators so they will get the wrong end of the stick now and then and they need to err on the side of caution.

Free €20 is a very nice gesture , I might try my luck in the chat with " squinting " myself lol.

But on a serious note , especially when the sentence ends with " you need glasses " I am surprised they didn't even bother to google " squinting " before banning someone.

evolution chat mods are the worst. I've seen people say some vile shit in that chat but never get banned. And then I make a joke asking a male host who hit a big pachinko multiplier the day before if he was wearing his lucky underwear today and get banned.

It was obviously a harmless joke but they got some monkeys working behind the scenes moding the chat.
