I just created a new account from choosing this site on casinogrounds top ranked casinos. But I did no receive the bonus that was promised!! Instead of receiving 80 free spins on starburst I got 20 free spins on melon madness. And they told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The second deposit I did not receive my 100precent top up bonus and free spins. Instead I received nothing and was told I did not use the right bonus code. While this is IMPOSSIBLE because when you deposit it automatically includes the bonus code. I uploaded the files and you can see it yourself. I'm disgusted by this casino, and the way they handle this!! If you want a fair casino just don't play on this casino!! They lure you with a bonus but you do not receive it! Link to comment

In regards to not receiving the bonus on your second deposit, this is what's in the T&C: 6. It's very different, i've seen some very accurate terms (like wager, maxbet and the most important stuff) right there beside/under the "claim bonus" button, but most of the times all those stuff is hidden deep in the terms, and not only one term, there is one term for bonus, which also included the regular terms that can infect the bonus terms. Horrible. I think if every casino could be as clear as sky with their (welcome)bonus terms, the complaints rate would have fallen dramaticly (i belive). A (welcome)bonus term could be anything, and it's up to the player if he/she think its'a decent deal. The problem come when the player thinks that it was a good deal, but it wasn't like he thought (even if terms states it some way or another). Whats confuses people is the "...bonus has to be wagered 35 times on bonus and deposit amount". I mean, why on earth would you need to wager your own money? This is just dirty trick to hide the 70x wager, which is so insanely high that my guess is they wouldnt get as many signups if people really knew. But, i guess it's working, because we see they can opeare with it, and people keep complaining about it. Sad, sad. PS, this was a generalt feedback on the subject, regarding why people complain - because they misunderstood the terms.
