Its a standard procedure, prolly, you will get a response this week. (by response i mean an email congratulating you for the jackpot and the money will be sent) Just plan what you wanna get with this money, for example a brand new pc etc, something for ur fam, gf, etc. And when the money arrives get them something. It would be a shame if you still had to wait for a whole week or so for the payout.. But keep the spirits up keep us updated! Link to comment

Couldnt sleep well due to the anxiety of this. This is 100% standard procedure, and they need confirmation from Microgaming. This take some time, and LeoVegas cant promise a timeline based on how fast another company replies unfortunately. And its probably because its s 3rd part involved in progressive jackpots. I truly think You have it by latest monday. LeoVegas is really good at this part, i think it makes them the best casino of them all, because they focus a lot on paying the customer. They got a winning attitude imo. I wish more casinos were like this, cuz the casino business is imo sort of a dirty business when it comes to paying out, they bullshit a lot.. They say they have strict rules to follow and they have to send it to appropriate department, but most of them want to see You lose the money before You can withdraw. its very contradicting how they are using safety first attitude or Commision rules, when they actually prefer to see You lose. i honestly think that LeoVegas really care about the customer.
