Sugar Casino weird bonus terms.

Hi fellas, 

i just had such a bad email from Sugar Casino about my withdrawal and that they have taken all my winnings for breaking the bonus terms. 

i deposited 1000kr with 100% bonus and wagered 36x and cashed out 9000kr. Today i got an email that the withdraw was canceled and winnings from bonus money was forfeited.

i played only «safe» slots to not breach the terms but it seems like all «safe» slots are forbidden to play with bonus. I did not get any warnings when opening the slots and this is the absolute first time ive seen such a stupid ban list. anyone else have suffered the same sh.t from sugar casino? 

How come this casino had gotten 4star review on CG with such stupid slot bans?
i would never ever play that casino again with those terms..

To be honest, I just checked the general bonus terms on Sugar and they are very visible stated and no where hidden. Please make sure to always check the bonus terms with restricted games, wager, max bet and so on.

Iknow. I checked my self. Pretty much all of the casinos have the same banlist due to progressive features etc. But i was so supprised that some of the most popular playngo’s were banned with bonus.. It just makes me sick that they put terms like that to get people to lose their bonus winnings. I bet Most of the people dont go trough that list unless it is a new game or if it seems like a Not friendly bonus game.

The list of slot looks like the usual slot that are restricted when playing on a bonus. It was very clear in the terms that they were restricted. 

But it is very very bad they allow you to play at restricted slot, should not be possible. Many casino will warn you or not allow you to play the restricted slots when you are on a bonus. 

Casinogrounds don't care as long as they are paid to promote them. I thought before they would only promoto good casinos, but there is many bad ones in the list. The rating is bs and cannot be trusted.

My experience with other casino's is that you get a warning or your balance is zero when you try to play on a restricted slot. It's rather unfriendly to check the list everytime you wanna play. Legaly it is in their rights but the casino has also an obligation to protect the player from this kind of stuff. It is in their rights but because they don't protect the player en is very player unfriendly, such a casino doesn't deserve such a high ranking.

I totally agree. They even say «While using a bonus, you are playing in accordance with the T&C for a fair play.»

in my opinion that is not fairplay. 
 

i have played probably 50-100 different casinos with bonuses, and Never experienced this kind of banned slots or not getting a warning.

It would be Nice if Casinoground said they would stop promote this site until the site stop to allow users playing slots that breaks the bonus. Or at least give them a 1 star rating.

I very seldomly play on casino's with restricted games because of bonuses, and would expect the restricted games list to comprise of games with very low or very high variance, games where you save up for features etc. 

Rich Wilde and the Tomb of Madness is not a game I would expect to find on the list.

Of course Sugar Casino is in its right, Viking broke the bonus T&C, but thanks for the warning.

Honestly every casino has games exclusion list, some have gone to length to protect players (which is REALLY good) but the majority have not (disappointing). I cannot stress that enough, always check the terms if you decide to take the bonus (most of the casinos have those terms easily accessible).

True. I have read so many T&C and all are basically the same, also the slot ban list. Thats why i played what i tought was «Safe» slots. (Slots that are not excluded anywhere else i have played). But hard lesson learned. They never mentioned anything about it on the 3 first deposit bonuses i used (wich i didnt profit on). Should have been mentioned already then that i have broken the T&C, instead of when i had finished wagering and was ready to cash out. Again, i dont think thats fair play.

The CG review section is a joke. I've requested for a long time the community should be able to rate these casinos instead. But, that will never happen, and unfortunately people will keep signing up to those "good rated casinos" because members belive in the rating done by CG-team is valid, but it's just as any other random website with affiliate links. I dont mind CG have those links, dont get me wrong, but the ratings here is a big big joke and i've said it for a long long time.

Actually I think reviewing is something that's being worked on right now and will get added when ready

isnt it mandatory for casinos to have the automatic block when you are trying to play excluded slots? I mean every casino has it.

Not every casino, not those who is looking for all possible ways to scam you for your money. Casinos are already in favour, but some are greedy and would use all kind of situations to get more of your cash, like this. This is something that should be considered when rating a casino.

ALWAYS read the terms - honestly I got in a big argument once because they wanted me to forfeit a 3k bonus balance or risk 10k of my own money to free up those funds. I was absolutely mad with them. Then I understood never to make my balance hit 0 when bonus funds are in play with real money.

The slots banned there seems a little over the top and they should warn you when clicking to withdraw you will forfeit your bonus - surprised it didn't say that.

I don't like how the casinos allow you to play a game if it is strictly forbidden and wish it would just not allow the game to load when you have an active bonus. Unfortunately they don't.

New sites I'll always "CTRL+F" and search a particular game to see if it is on their forbidden games/allowable games list before playing.
