Chindits Posted 23 January, 2020 Share Posted 23 January, 2020 Good day everyone, I’ve made multiple deposits and withdrawals at slotsmillions. All of a sudden I win big and they need a bank statement. I’ve sent over 10 different screen shots including my monthly statement but they continue to reject everything I send. Does anyone know what else can be done in a situation like this. My money is pretty much being held hostage. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. Link to comment

dirtystack Posted 23 January, 2020 Share Posted 23 January, 2020 To make pdf: click on statement via your online banking, once that’s open click on print (you don’t need a printer) it will change the format of the statement and there should be an option to download which will offer you the option to “download as pdf”. Download the pdf and upload it to their site via their verification page, the live help , or via an attachment in an email to their support/verification department, the same way you would a screenshot/photo. There is a lot of info on a pdf so make sure you are comfortable sharing it. let us know if it is accepted. Link to comment

A 3rd party Called Gigadat inc, processes the payment so on my bank statement it shows payment to gigadat and the casino wants to see the name slots millions on the statement. I can’t provide that so I’m stuck with a pending withdrawal for weeks now. Unreal how these casinos always find a way to stall payment. Link to comment
