onlinelooser Posted 11 November, 2019 Share Posted 11 November, 2019 This is a long story, and i'm not very good in english but i'll try my best for explain you. 8-9 Months ago i decided to open an account at stakers.com casino, i played, made deposit and withdraw without any problems and all was going good. I suggested to a friend this casino and 1 time (1) he came at my house and played from HIS ACCOUNT to WITH MY DEVICE. The day after, our 2 accounts was closed for multi-accounting. Like 2 or 3 months ago i asked to stakers to reopen MY ACCOUNT and they accepted...played for these months...deposited and made withdraw without problems.... and today..... playing in BONANZA i won like 2900 euro...close the session.... i try to login and....BOOM - MULTI ACCOUNT DETECTED ERROR. OF COURSE i immediately contacted the support via email and they told me i did multiacounting (THIS IS REALLY NOT TRUE, NEVER MORE HAPPENED FROM WHEN THEY REOPENED MY ACCOUNT) So now, im here with no way to enter the website, and very very probably the scammed out the 2900 euros. i dont really know what to say Link to comment

Keep CG updated how its going. Also for the future; Make sure to play at well known and trusted brands. Sadly in alot of cases things only get sorted quicker when the problem is mentioned and showing to community, then they the rep for example sort it out quick! After contacting the MGA stakers he immediately reopened my account, in the email they sent me they said that my withdrawal had not been successful due to my bank (?!) However, I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros and it is arrived in about 30 seconds . .. at that point I thought, hey, it's done! No ... the nightmare continues ... I requested another withdrawal of 900 euros and it was suspended for about 50 hours. Today I open my account and the money has been credited back to my account. Obviously I ask for explanations and as usual they answer me with the usual sentences copy / paste .. Furthermore now, I can no longer make withdrawals .. if I try to make them the system automatically recognizes it as an error. I no longer know what to say or what to do .... Excuse me if I have bored you with this story. I will keep you updated if there will be some good news but I doubt it strongly. Link to comment

That you will be sending another complaint with details, seems like thay was told off and why did mga make a difference when, apparently you broke rule , it's funny when you contact commissioner after it the casino finds you broke no rule scum bags, I would ask for manager as you have that right if they say no manager available you entitled to one so they have to, if not and say no manager then say are you sure you denieying me a manager because I'll be sending this to mga to . Seems like you got cleared from that! So if you have they got no reason to pay you now. I already saw you complaint with them already which is good. If the casino still refuses to pay you, you can "put some pressure" to them and file official complaints at casino forums who listed them. Casinogrounds might have this function too, you can google for other big slot forums to file complaints there as well. I write again at the MGA and after 2 hours I am contacted by stakers telling me that I could withdraw funds from my account again. So I did and this time the funds arrived after 24 hours (Ecopayz). So, for the moment everything seems ok. Now my curiosity is: Will contacting the MGA have taken effect or is it just a coincidence? Would you continue to play on this site? Thank you all P.s. It's quite simple: Have you any value by playing on this OC? If that's the case stay, if not put them on your personal Blacklist. Unfortunately I know Stakers to well, the OC itself is max. average, the Promotions aren't that good. This "only one Account" regulation of any other thing than Person is the biggest bs you can have in a T&C and should (imo) be prohibited from using in T&C excluding Bonus-regulations. As soon as you're verified the OC has any information of the Person behind the Account. If they don't trust their users they should and could do the verification at registration or first deposit. Anything else is fraudulent, this rule exist only for payout prevention and has no security aspect. How can you say it's just an automatic system that did the ban? The Accounts got cleared and reactivated, at this point the IT remove any of the Account-bindings and as soon as he uses his device it only gets registered on him. At this point there's no chance the auto scans can detect Multi-Accounting. Another fact that stands against the automatic is why didn't they react in time and immediately unblock him?
