Bronze casino

Recommended Posts

hi my girlfriend won over £17000 euros last night on bronze casino, she got given a free 10euros on sign up and unbelievably managed to turn it into over £17000 she has tried to withdraw the money and forfeited her remaining bonus funds so the money became actual cash funds but she is being told that the max she can withdraw is 100euros, she is absolutely devastated bless her as she has been through a really tough time financially and she genuinely believed her luck was beginning to change. she could have done so much with that money as we have a 9 month old baby girl to think of. is there any advice you could give us into resolving this situation as we believe she is being cheated out of the money she rightfully won. p.s keep up the awesome videos we both enjoy them and find them very entertaining

The only thing is about caps is ok fair enough cap it at £100 but after wagger it  does not cap automatically . And then you can continue playing. But even though now your playing with real cash . You still can't win anymore even after you waggering. It is stupid because you can do what you like with real cash so it actually colides with there own terms, allowing to cap after waggering if you won further with real cash! even after the wager has been done at some point you would of waggered . And real cash should not be affect in what you win. Cap the wagger yes bonus but once turned into cash and your complete no more caps should include, because of such a looks like bonus of £10 maybe you finished the wagger then won more after you waggered and they capped cash wins to only bonus wins should be capped no further after wagger should be capped as itsmreal cash . Example now del cash you withdra 100£ and deposit 100 it's the same thing only the bonus can be cappd .I n fact I make a good argument for them to pay all the winning that accured from after you waggered

Hi James,

As I wrote to you on FB, you guys will unfortunately have no case here. No deposit bonuses virtually always carry a max cashout, even legit ones. Bronze casino is a very shady casino on top of this, so I am almost 100% sure there would be no payout even if terms hadn't been broken. _Definitely_ do not deposit in order to try to get this no deposit bonus withdrawn (that requirement is in their terms).

All casinos of the GameTech group have a 100 euro max cashout on their freebies. That is decent, but Bronze is not one of the good casinos.

Direx N.V casinos has 50 euro max cashout, so imagine her winning on Bitstarz or KingBilly or Any of those trusted casinos, the same would apply.

I understand how frustrating this is with such a huge balance.

I hope next time she has luck while playing with a freebie at Casumo Or Redbet, as their freebies does not have any max cashout limits at all ?

I remember once I had won over $1000 at Madame chance with a deposit bonus. As soon as wager was done, I could only withdraw x10 my deposit amount as their deposit bonuses also have max cash out (However I knew this term though).

With $1000 balance I could only withdraw $200 + deposit, so in total $220.

Then I started playing slots to build bonuses with them

The Art of Heist - Playson

The Wish Master - Netent

Nords War - Boongo

and  a couple of others. When my withdrawal was processed which takes about 5 business days, I made real straight deposit and took advantage of those bonuses and made a another $350 win with $25 deposit.

That is called bonus abuse and might lead to winnings voided even on raw money no matter what casino u are playing, so wont recomend anyone to do so.

I know, but because I was pissed at the fact that I had that amount of money with a max cashout applied, I took a chance and got away with it.I am not recommending the OP to do the same, was just saying what I did. By the way I was done with wagering then.

Specifically with GameTech group casinos - The balance that exceed your bonus balance when you claimed the bonus, is considered real cash, however not withdrawable until bonus wager has been completed.

They restrict bonus funds only to 2/3 providers and the rest(Good ones) like Play N Go, Game Art, Boongo, Playson and many others can only be played with balance above the bonus balance.

So lets say I deposit $20 and claimed 400% bonus = $100 total balance, if I launch Netent, or Play n Go or similar, only the $20 will be visible, however should I load GS, Betsoft or Fugaso the entire $100 would appear. Now if you increase you balance to lets say $500, you real money balance is basically $420 and when you place bets then, its not considered using the bonus balance in essence, hence why I think it was not an issue and the fact that I was done with wagering all money was real cash when I started building bonuses tbh.

Eitherway - As I mentioned I do not recommend anyone else doing this...
