I banned myself for life on there, yet they leave me the option to re-open my account. They are NOT allowed to do that!

If you closed your account but didn't use problem gambling and/or self exclusion for the reason, they can let you reopen it.

However, if you asked to be self excluded then they can't.

That is my understanding of it all anyway :-)

The screen shot says you asked to be blocked not self excluded. Could you clarify?

Well that will be wrong on their part then.... they should not ever let you re-open the account.

Asked the guy in the chat to permanently terminate my account.

I wont ask them to, but I dont like that they are giving me the option.
