  1. Very nice win! Congrats! 😁

I saw someone else's post in the forum a couple days back where the same thing happened in the base game. 🤯

On another note, has anyone else noticed that on Dead or a Wild, that if you get two scatters, the third never misses? I don't think it's programmed to be able to miss the third. Fantastic game, but it isn't exactly a feature tease if you 100% know it's always going to hit.

Mate the puck went over the top of one of the spikes 😂

Literally levated across the room come on

It wasn't that weird. The puck went left pretty quickly, but that's it.

This what scares me you say your a ex groupier etc you should no that isn't natural and your comparing it to flipping a coin and it's not the same thing

It's not the same thing, no. But the concept of what I'm trying to say is still relevant.
The amount of times I've span a roulette ball, the ball has dropped into the wheel, and bounced in a way that physically looks impossible probably happened around once per shift. I'm just saying things that look kinda' weird happen sometimes, but they're in fact normal.

you know you can hear the wheel sometimes when its about to hit a bonus and the cogs make a slight different noise if you have a trained ear for it

Seriously don't bet just listen to the wheel

You're really telling me that the wheel makes a different sound when a certain result is going to happen? Come on man.

Plus watch the dealers faces they looking at something when they spinning some might say its the chat

Obvs but they time there spin

The dealers can't time their spin. It's impossible. Okay, to some extent if you've been doing it for years you may be able to hit a very rough section, some of the time. But there are so many variables. The flapper is regularly changed making the amount of force needed to generate a certain result change regularly. The tiniest, most minute amount of force when spinning that a human brain wouldn't be able to account for will also have an effect on the result.

All in all though, Evolution are heavily regulated and all of their games are thoroughly vetted for fairness and to ensure they're in line with the stated RTP, and are balanced properly. I know this as I consult with different providers, perhaps even Evo being one of them. This is done before a games release, and throughout the games lifecycle. Something as high profile as Crazy Time would simply never be rigged. No one has anything to benefit from doing so. The game provider and the online casino already make lots of money from the house edge, on Crazy Time, and every one of their other games.

How can it get sucked across the room

I feel sick how controlled this is  how un natural that was 🤮

And they say its random my A**

So I can see the tin foil hat wearers also say it's rigged when people win too! Well, I've got to offer you some credit that you don't only say it's rigged when you're losing.

But, lets apply a little logic here..

First of all, why would a casino or game provider rig an outcome that is massively not in their favour? It's not like only LGIAS or any other streamer has access to that game round of Crazy Time. You, and any other person in the world playing on an online casino that offers Evolution as a provider could have joined in the exact same game round, and had the exact same win. Times your stake of course, if you chose to bet on pachinko.

Now, it did look kind of weird. But is it really that unrealistic to think that the pachinko puck just naturally fell in the slot that it did?
No. Because if your going repeat doing something enough times over and over again, you're eventually going to see some strange results that look unnatural, but are in fact perfectly normal. If you flip a coin enough times you're going to get a result that's neither heads nor tails, as it will land directly on it's side. Okay, you may have to flip the coin millions of times, but it will eventually happen.
Would you be here creating this same post if it wasn't a 20x top slot round of pachinko, and the puck behaved in the same manner and fell into a 7x multiplier? Because I can guarantee the same weird movement has happened multiple times over the life of pachinko, but you just haven't noticed it, or gave it enough attention because that result was nowhere near as interesting and high profile. Would you also be here creating this thread if you had joined in the same game round and won 5000x times your stake?

I've worked in the casino industry for many years, and been everything from a croupier dealing table games and poker, to a Pitboss, and a consultant to online and land based casinos, and their game providers. I've seen some of the most ridiculous game outcomes with theoretical odds that seem virtually impossible. But, they do happen. I could sit here and give you multiple examples of how I've hit the same number in roulette back-to-back 9 times on a perfectly balanced wheel, or seen another croupier deal a royal flush twice within three hands, and the odds are them are billions to one.
Blanco had a 1 in 16 chance of hitting that particular section of the pachinko board with the highest multiplier, not exactly the most unrealistic odds in the world. The puck could have gone straight down, or even been dropped much further to the right that it already was and generated the same result, that's the nature of a random event. It's random.

What are the major requirements from Casino players, what good platform must have? How to promote my platform, where to find affiliates? What are Casino players like on our platform, what don't? And many other similar things.

The first and most important requirement for me, and the majority of people in this community is credibility.

The main deciding factor in this would namely be you having a reputable licence, preferably an MGA licence. After having a brief look at your website, I can see that you only have a Curacao license. This is a huge red flag for me, and also for the majority of other serious gamblers.

Now, I'm not saying that every online casino that has a Curacao license is dodgy. But, a lot of them are. Because of this, from the offset, the website isn't worth looking at any further for me as I just wouldn't be interested, no matter what promotions you have, benefits you offer, or anything else you could potentially have to persuade me to create an account and deposit.

I believe that posting links is not possible, because you will consider that as a promotion. :) So, for now, I will not speak anything about Chipstars. I will introduce the platform on some other thread if your admin allows me to do that. Now, I just wanted to introduce myself.

I mean just by mentioning the name of the casino here is a form of promotion within itself. Perhaps before posting it would have been a good idea to message the moderators and ask for some guidance before creating your thread, and saying that if you've broken any rules then you'll edit your post.
    But, here we are! 🙂

I know that all casinos that CasinoGrounds promote or endorse are thoroughly vetted before they will allow any kind of promotion, or affiliate themselves or their community with. From what I can see, I highly doubt that Chipstars would meet the requirements of GC being interested in allowing promotion on their platform, or entering into any kind of affiliation, sponsorship, or other kind of business relationship.

now they say i have to wait another 38 hours, but on the site it says im still not verified..

the other said that my case with my verfication was put forwarded

It just seems to me like some shabby customer service and they aren't communicating effectively.

As I stated, I think you should just get written confirmation that your verification process is underway and ask for a definitive timeframe for it to be done. Then go back after this timeframe, and process the withdrawal again. You should be fine. 😀

Push gaming doesnt seem to want to load on any of my devices. Anyone has a clue?

Push Gaming slots are working fine for me on my usual website!
Fat Drac is currently my new favourite slot, and it's spinning away in the background as we speak! 😁

However, sometimes this happens to me too. I have to completely clear my cache and cookies in the browser I'm using, and then also log out of my current session on the casino. When I open up the browser again, and log in, it generally resolves the issue. As @Push Gaminghave just said they're experiencing no technical issues their side, it will likely be an issue with the casino rather than the provider if that doesn't work for you.

  7. Hey @Nadixx,

I'm not too familiar with the site itself, but I've had a look and it does appear to have an MGA licence, which is a good sign in terms of it being credible. It's also owned by Gammix Limited, which own a number of online casino brands under the same umbrella. I don't think you should have any issues getting your withdrawal, when they do eventually process your documents for verification.

I know, it sucks having to wait this long for your funds. Especially when they can take your money instantly, yet take weeks to pay it out. It also seems you're not being provided with the best customer service in the world if they're informing you at this stage you're actually not verified, when they have previously told you that you are.

I'd reach back out to live support, and ask them to clarify if they have received your documents, if they are suitable to be used for verification, and an estimation of the timeframe it will take for your account to be verified. Remember to always get a transcription of the live support chat via email in case you ever need to reference this in future. Once you are verified, repeat the process asking for confirmation of the withdrawal along with a timeframe for it to reach your payment method.

Lastly, if the funds are currently available in your account. Don't be temped to gamble them further whilst waiting for verification! Some casinos will use this as a tactic after you've won a large amount to try and get some or all of it back. Be patient, and take that 10K straight to cashout land!
Congratulations on the win by the way! That's a nice chunk of change. 🙂

Let us know how you get on! And if you have any further issues, someone will advise you on how to escalate a complaint and try to get things moving along.

"it expires next month"  I thought once you had signed upto that it was game over for life with gambling websites

No not at all! You can sign up for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. There would also be nothing to stop you signing up for 6 months, and then registering again for another 6 months per say or getting in touch with Gamstop via livechat or on the phone to discuss different options during or after your exclusion period.

The only thing is, once you’ve selected your period of time; you can potentially increase this but under no circumstances reduce this.

    Hope this helps! :)

Hi all. I self exluded last year on Gamstop and it worked great I managed to buy my own house, save enough for a wedding and it has generally improved my life. It expires next month but that is when I move into my new home and I won't have money for gambling for a long time so I want to know are there any casinos out there not on Gamstop yet? I know a few but really not worth playing at as they're so dodgy. I know the majority of you won't want to say because I was on Gamstop etc but in all honesty it is not going to take hold of me, my money is in my fiance's bank and I have a budget of 100 pound today that I can afford to lose. If you can inbox me or let me know of any decent casinos that will take me, let me know! Happy New Year all x

That's great to hear Azer, obviously Gamstop has done wonders for your life.

You are correct in saying that the casinos that are not yet on Gamstop are ones that you would likely want to stay away from, if a casino is not yet participating with Gamstop this is a huge red flag to me as to somewhere to avoid. Also, if you do sign up to a casino not yet registered, that casino could become part of the scheme as soon as tomorrow and flag up your account resulting in a loss of any associated winnings/funds.

Personally I would recommend waiting until your exclusion period comes to an end and going through Gamstop to remove the exclusion and then re-signing up to a reputable casino and setting yourself up strict deposit/play limits; there is only a month wait after all.

Good luck back on the slots Sir, whenever you do start playing again! :)
