okay i will wait two days, that is what they said

now they say i have to wait another 38 hours, but on the site it says im still not verified..

The problem is every person i speak says something else.. now i got two emails about the same time. the first said that they are working on my withdrawal the other said that my case with my verfication was put forwarded

i played on the site scatters.com and i won 10000 eu last week on the thursday, so i send my documents on that day. and i waited till sunday untill i got an email that im verified. But after those emails im not verified on the site itself, i sent multiple livechats and i got al different reactions. "youre verified, your withdrawal will be approved in a week" "youre withdrawal will be approved in 48 hours" "it takes time" and just now they said im not already verified on the site itself. and that i have to wait, because due to verification my withdrawal will not be processed. Anyone had this problem, or know what to do?
