  2. Yup, it has now finally caught the attention of even Danish media. This article is in Danish, but adresses the problem of sponsored gambling, especially by gamers-gone-gamblers, because these guys often have a lot of <18 followers: https://www.dr.dk/nyheder/kultur/gaming/gamer-blev-tilbudt-200000-i-timen-gamble-nu-raser-debatten-paa-twitch

  5. Haters gonna hate. Rosh gonna bate
  6. Do you complain when you get a bonus on the first spin on a slot?
  7. Tell me one thing, there is Evo who are the game provider and also the company that physically made the game. If it was "Rigged" or manipulated what happens if 1 single person for either of those 2 companies: Leaves the company on bad terms Goes to a competitor Leaves the company for any reason dont you think by now we would of heard about this from SOMEBODY?
  8. better than the first one
  9. I asked for proof, not you claiming you were some hot shot in the affiliate industry. When they trained you in the affiliate industry did they train you how to be a cunt as well?
  10. Were is your proof for what you say?

  12. Is there any update on this @Navyboy24
  13. Great stuff, Chip has a great Offer on Spinz, Awsome Spinz or Winston. Max 2x cashout.
  14. As far as I can see the Channel is named after Alvin and the Chipmonks. Alvin and the Chipmunks is a 2007 American live action/computer animated musical comedy film for Children. He also has Playstation Games on there that Children may Play. He now has a Pokemon Channel that Children may follow. He now has a Scratch Ticket channel, you have to be over 15 years of age in the UK for Scratch cards (16 as far as I can see) Any innocent child coming across any of these apparently genuine things may be linked to the gambling channel.
  15. Chip said on stream it was no issue, i found that odd
  16. Its different in Canada or the US. In the UK you pay tax on profit and you cannot write of gambling as a business expense. Essentially betting is ‘tax-free’ in the UK – the professional gambler is outside the scope of tax. This is confirmed in HMRC’s Business Income Manual at BIM22015. The basic position is that betting and gambling, as such, do not constitute trading. This is not a new precedent either.
  17. I have no doubt his deposits and withdrawals are legit. Especially on other brands, his money will be legit. Its the back handed payments that are covering them we will not see, and never will see.... this is the "beauty" of the system in place it's rather hard to prove. Would be interesting to know on most offline videos he starts on £20 spins "I've just started gambling and this bonus landed" or when he puts up a tweet "Call me a pro raiser, was on £2 spins and then raised to £10/£20/£30 and this landed" to see the actual gambling history, as I personally think he has been playing for ages. Using the "Pro Raiser" and the "I've just started" as a smoke screen. High stakes are almost always offline. There was a guy/gal a month or so ago asked to see this Net Figure and Chip was taking ages to pull up this data, 10 minutes later one of the mods said he or she was a Troll and the person was banned and he did not show this. Plenty time for someone to WhatsApp and get a cover. Last night as well someone asked for the data and was banned. I don't think it's very fair if streamers are making people comment on the video just to get negative comments off the channel. Criticism and failure is key to success. Telling people to post a joke or something is very immature for the target audience. We are all adults. Also, are these "Random" Giveaways actually RNG'd? Is there a record of every single comment in the draw, with the usernames and Random Numbers attached? Opening youtube channel editor and picking a name from the list is not very random. As there is no API I remember when we tried to do this on Bandits it was very resource intensive.
  18. So let me get this straight @Chipmonkz. Winston, Spinz, Awesome Spinz & Jungle Spins they are approach most key streamers (Rolla, Hypa, Jimbo i know for sure...) with a deal around 4/5 months ago: Daily video upload with a link to there brand No affiliate links or earnings Payment per video or 5 uploads a week is 5k sort of thing (Deposits covered plus profit, weather its a daily fee or weekly fee call it what you want) Around this time, you start promoting these casinos. At least one video per day, with direct, non-affiliated links to all the casinos on your Twitch, YouTube and Website pages. You deposit the same amount on each brand and you also get a warning about "bonus" funds each time you open a slot. Also most of the BTG slot releases you do, that same day you stream again on these Brands, it seems as you need to keep a quota up of 5 uploads a week or what ever. And you're trying to tell us your not getting it? Come on mate. If anything this is a better affiliate deal meaning your not getting other peoples losses but fake money non the less? Why don't you ask permission to disclose this? For someone who is 100% "innocent" I would be straight on the email to my affiliate manager and asking them permission to clarify. You do release giving the info to NickSlots is also a breach of the NDA right? Could you also tell me what Law the op has broken (you said its illegal) It's ok for you to slag off CasinoRobot & Roshtien on your stream, make up twitter posts about Roshtiens views (and then delete them) but when you are asked you are threating legal action (good luck by the way, the online streamer act 2020 might just passed congress yet)
  19. Live casino money can still be fake or max cash out funds as well yes
  20. Wow, good luck in your legal quest that miss-quote is seriously incorrect and damaging. I take it your NDA is no longer valid as your mood has changed? Do you threaten all your viewers with legal action for asking questions you don't like? Does your legal advice have jurisdiction over other countries? So what you are saying is your allowing the forum owners allow defaming content (your words, also lies BTW) but the people saying it need to be punished? Chipmonkz put offers on his website for weeks without Terms and Conditions. Against ASA & UKGC Rules Chipmonkz had a under 25 female promoting slots on a weekly basis Against ASA & UKGC Rules Chipmonkz has a like and comment competition, against YouTube Rules, also no age verification is done on these against general Trading standards. Chipmonkz has started a Pokemon channel Chipmonkz is starting a scratch card channel (were you only need to be 16 to buy in the Uk) Is this a gateway to online gaming?
  21. Someone has reached out who codes websites for a living and said this, it pretty much confirms what we have been thinking. If you look on his website, none of the Casinos in this brand, "Spinz", "Winston Bet", "Awsome Spins" or "Jungle Spins" have affiliate tracking ID's in the URL. Have a look. This is the same for his YouTube and Twitch profile, its just raw links to the website. https://chipmonkzslots.com/ This is what every URL will look like, each link has a code on it https://i.imgur.com/jR1KGAG.png This is what Winston, Spinz, Jungle, Awsome look like: https://i.imgur.com/z83AGbG.png He is not tracking the visits to these casinos, so that means he does not get paid for sign ups to them as an affiliate. Why would he do that? Because he's on the fixed fee & deposit cover per video. There is no reason why he would be promoting Casinos that he cannot get affiliate earnings from so this means he must be getting paid some other way none of those streamers are spending £3,000 a day on these dodgy brand for free, are they? None of THOSE dodgy ones he gets the fixed fee per video have this tracking. Have a look... So why? Why could he possibly send traffic to that casinos for free without his affiliate ID? Because he's getting paid outside the normal scope for them.
  22. He's basically admitted to a video fee to fund the streams and admitted he only uses those casinos because no one else does 😡😡
