How so? They deposit it covered by the casino. It is not their money

I am wondering what the rules are on "Fake Deposits" I notice that Prophbetting was banned and removed from Casino Grounds after he admitted on stream he was using fake, non-withdrawable money. It has just came to light in the last 2 days or so that a very popular UK streamer is getting all his deposits covered for him/her by making videos of certain brands. is this not the same as fake money just in a round about kind of way? they are now saying that the UKGC has banned this streamer from Twitch I am not making this to get into a debate regarding Prohbetting or the streamer in question - just asking in theory If you deposit £1000 on a casino and your getting £1000 back as a promotion fee, its not really £1000 risk is it?
