If im reading the part whare they took the money away because of bonus rules that is sad man. Its happening more as casinos stick to there T+C's and if anyone just breaches them they lose any winnings. Its a shame and i feel for you thare. Casino's are huge multi million pound structutes and organizations. I would of thought they could use there discretion a bit more. Look into it more and be a bit more sympathetic towards the player.
