[RESOLVED] Crazy Pachinko Live scam and closed Leovegas account

Hi guys.

Had a tilting experience on Crazy Pachinko Live last night that got me even more tilted today..

First, it was a gameround that did not get played correctly. The puck bounced out of the board/wall/frame and landed halfway in one of the spots after it hit the floor. I was expecting a redrop but round instantly finished and the win I got was nothing near the outcome we saw with the puck (and the light from it). (See pics)

The round result was the first slot from the left, but the puck (halfway) landed in the 10th slot.. Check the hosts response, he knows..

And since the round finishes so fast it was not possible to see what happened afterwards and chat with the hosts..

I screenshotted what I was able to, and checked the game history.

Puck-drop REALLY random or pre-determined? Magnets? This is fishy as hell

I had a possibility to hit a 996x (had a 4x multi), and no redrop feels like the biggest scam.

I contacted live support and that was as useless as always. They said they will contact my casino after the "investigation" but always when these things happen the casino blaim Evolution for the error and can't really do anything..

 

On top of this the following happened..

I was trying to login on my Leovegas account earlier today and it was closed!!! Contacted livechat and they say it's closed due to something with the evolution live chat last night. I never got any explanation other than "the relevant staff will contact you on email soon".. Still haven't heard anything..

Just wanna add that I didn't swear or behaved rude in the evolution chat, but I was indeed tilted.

 

Does this mean that we players can't even complain to the live chat at evolution without risking that they will influence our casino accounts in a way?

 

I made my Leovegas account through CG, anything you can do to help @Skylined87?

all evo games are  controlled by rng . so if the game mecanic fails the result the rng got will be the payout even if the puck landed somwere else. once again the randomnes is in  the rng everything we see is just for show

I can only find complaints about this company and it's really difficult to find any positive comments about @Evolution Gaming Official. I can't understand how they are still able to run this whole rigged shit system. This company has ruined the whole online casino business.

pepole don t understand that when you play there games your playing a slot in a game show costume every bit of what we see is decided by an rng. Personly i don t  understand how the game and the rtp would work whitout everything being decided by rng

I think many people know that these games have rng behind everything. However CEO itself has said that the wheel games are analog, but this is total bullshit - it's rng behing every single thing, also giving the output for the analog wheel, but they want users believe that it is an "analog wheel".

Even if all livegames from Evo is rigged, do they really wanna give the players that feeling? In my case it was no redrop of the puck, and it always is a redrop when something malfunctions.. But not this time.. How can Evo bend their own rules without any consequences?

There was around 800 players in that gameround and chat went crazy. Live support didnt really answer any questions (like they never do).

Instead it was the standard answer "we have registrered a case on this matter etc" and told me I had to wait 48hours for an answer. In the meantime my Leovegas account got locked, and it still is. Why close my account while this case "investigates"? If they think I was rude (I was tilted, but not rude), they could just ban me from the Evo chat, I don`t care. But why lock my casino account? evolution clearly has something to do with this and that really concerns me..

These games are RNG, but the front of house display is meant to match!

Hampus had this in the last few days also.  Puck flew out, but it was re-dropped.

Be interesting to hear @Skylined87 response regarding why your Leo Account was frozen tho.

That`s the issue here. There was no redrop, and the hosts seemed confused aswell. If the result already was determined, why not redrop and confirm the result? Players feel scammed, and in my case i got a 348x win instead of a 541x win where the puck landed..

on top of that my Leo account got locked, without any explanation. That`s why I asked @Skylined87 for assistance.

Honestly, no casino games need any "rigging" - however technical issues may arise time to time like with any technological stuff. Procedures are in place to address these issues. Evolution is a licensed provider (which prevents them from rigging anything) plus the math at the games is made in a way that they'll always get profit out of all bets made - Return To Player.

i hear you and you're right to be mad, but bruh this is evolution, do you know how bad it can get? I lost my whole balance on live monopoly not too long ago. 4 rolls didn't hit for over 2 hours and when it hit guess what it paid... 1x.  Yup 1X. Like taxed 3 times and jail. Then 2 rolls paid zero. I got cleaned out. So yeah i understand your frustration, but on evolution games just be thankful you got anything.

Never seen 1x on 4 rolls before!  0x on 2 rolls happen quite often though.

okay Badger i try your crazy pachinko, topped up massive (big numbers into everything but like 3 or 4 slots) then hit a double. Everything except two slots is plus 100X going up to over 600 X.  Yup it hit the 20x. First thing i thought of was my boy @Badger really complaining about a 348 X. 

Ugh i sound bitter and I am. I am legit taking a break until next year. fuck it. I dream of crashing into evo's or playtech's studios with a flamethrower. Absolute rigging scum. LOL ❤️

I think you should read my case again. I won on the game round (not much though due to massive top up), but my win did not match where the puck landed.

No need to be salty here, would you accept any malfunction in any game you play, as long as you profit in the game round?

It's all about how you define "rigging". This provider is licensed for sure. I.e. these wheel games do not have a real analog wheel. Digiwheel creates "live looking games" that runs with some motor system.
