Registered on Playzee a while ago through CG affiliate link. Done a couple of small deposits, and made a little profit on the last one ready to be cashed out. And then the problems starts.. There are absolutely ZERO withdrawal options available. It`s seems that bank transfer was an option before, but not available at the moment. I contacted live chat, and that was a experience by itself. Live chat is super slow, and the answers are short and not very good. I got told by the live chat support that the only withdrawal options available in my region (Norway) is Luxonpay and ezeewallet. But none of them are actually available to me as an withdrawal option. Since live chat was useless, I sent an email to the support in hope for a better result. Explained my case in details. The answer I got was just unbelieveable, they told me to contact live support! I gave up on that point. On top of that I checked out the e-wallets they suggested, and none of them accepts norwegian currency. My Playzee account is in NOK, so even if luxonpay/ezeewallet accept norwegian customers it would be a hassle with fx fees and so on. I read some reviews on Playzee and it seems pretty bad. Maybe CG should be a bit harder in their demands for a affiliate partner? I don`t know, but Playzee honestly doesnt seems like a good partner to have.. A casino that has payout issues are not trustworthy, and playzee is obviously in that category. Customer support was pretty shit aswell. I don`t know if there is anything you can guys can do @LetsGiveItASpin , @Skylined87 but nice if you can solve this. Most casinos these days are capable of processing a bank transfer, so this should never be a problem..

Chests are way more common it seems, and is stronger than in WS1. I don`t mind getting chests with 4-8x if I can get a 1000x aswell. Seen a 500x so far, and got a 200x. It feels that bonuses are not so frequent as in WS1 but they feel stronger with the multies. Feedback CG slot section: Demoplay window on the slots are too small, and if you start to play and later want to play in fullscreen slot freeze and you have to start over. Not an big issue but something that could be sorted I guess. Could also have a bigger starting amount on the demoplay but thats details.. I like the CG site in general and use it a lot. I think you should read my case again. I won on the game round (not much though due to massive top up), but my win did not match where the puck landed. No need to be salty here, would you accept any malfunction in any game you play, as long as you profit in the game round? I don't.

That`s the issue here. There was no redrop, and the hosts seemed confused aswell. If the result already was determined, why not redrop and confirm the result? Players feel scammed, and in my case i got a 348x win instead of a 541x win where the puck landed.. on top of that my Leo account got locked, without any explanation. That`s why I asked @Skylined87 for assistance. Will do!

Personally been very satisfied with them earlier, but since the summer they have changed. From loads of bonuses and campains to nearly nothing just in some months. They HAD a brilliant norwegian live support, now it`s no norwegian support, and support in general has went pretty bad. As a norwegian player I have other options that is way better than leovegas now, and since leovegas are going to withdraw from the norwegian market very soon, I recommend especially norwegian players to withdraw their funds and find better options.

It`s when the amounts get big that we see the difference between good and bad casinos. Never had any experience with this specific one, but I checked and they have Curacao license and low withdrawal limits. Even if your friend had done everything correct with KYC, T&C etc, would it take him nearly a year to withdraw all his funds (unless hi is a VIP). Tell your friend to register a account here. Easier to get help if he could give all the details.

Even if all livegames from Evo is rigged, do they really wanna give the players that feeling? In my case it was no redrop of the puck, and it always is a redrop when something malfunctions.. But not this time.. How can Evo bend their own rules without any consequences? There was around 800 players in that gameround and chat went crazy. Live support didnt really answer any questions (like they never do). Instead it was the standard answer "we have registrered a case on this matter etc" and told me I had to wait 48hours for an answer. In the meantime my Leovegas account got locked, and it still is. Why close my account while this case "investigates"? If they think I was rude (I was tilted, but not rude), they could just ban me from the Evo chat, I don`t care. But why lock my casino account? evolution clearly has something to do with this and that really concerns me..
