Leo Vegas Pending Withdrawal

Hi, My wife had a big win on Leo Vegas, she won the major jackpot! Received a congratulations email, then cashed the win out, in multiple 4K amounts as that  is the max she could withdraw each time. The problem is, this was 5 days ago and the withdrawals are still pending 🤷🏻‍♂️ It says up to 24 hours to approve but we’re still waiting. Contacted live chat 3 times and just get the same response, it’s with accounts there’s nothing I can do. Any help would be gratefully received.

You could try to contact the support and kindly ask them to forward your withdrawal to the Payment team, so they can process it!

Hi Desity,

     When she’s spoken to support they just say it’s with the accounts team and that’s all they can say 🤷🏻‍♂️ Each withdrawal needs to be do manually because it’s a large amount. It’s just frustrating because the longer it goes on the more we think she won’t get her win 😔

They need to process each withdrawal separately, 

I honestly believe you will get all the money out, as long as you haven't breach any T&C and the account is fully verified.

We had huge amount to withdraw after DOA2 win, and we also had to do it by many transactions 4k each. So try again with the support and i hope you will get the money soon!

How long did you have to wait? Pending shouldn’t take 5 days surely!

Cheers mate! It’s horrible to see the pending withdrawal sat there! You do the right thing by cashing out but still can’t get it! They’d have no issue if we wanted to keep playing with the money 🙈

Leo is really my nr1 Casino re: customerservice these days..

Just know it's not uncommon for larger withdrawals to take a bit longer, especially in the case of Progressive Jackpots. They undergo some more scrutiny: i'm not sure if you meant the Leovegas sitewide? Or another network one. like Moolah or something? When it's one of the latter, that usually takes longer as well, since the provider awards these, not the Casino itself. At least in most cases...

I assume you will be paid in full, and advise you not to get impatient and do something silly 😛

Just need to be patient I guess! It was on the proper Leo Vegas site 👍🏻 So hoping everything will be ok 🤞🏻🤞🏻
