They need to process each withdrawal separately, I honestly believe you will get all the money out, as long as you haven't breach any T&C and the account is fully verified. We had huge amount to withdraw after DOA2 win, and we also had to do it by many transactions 4k each. So try again with the support and i hope you will get the money soon! Best Regards!
