I sent my passport, a current bill, an account statement with my address and the transaction I made before the payout. Everything was accepted. Then the casino suddenly wanted to have proof of Paysafe deposits from September last year that cannot even be found in my transaction history at b bets. I will try to file a complaint with MGA.
