Mr green and payment on Revolut

Hi.
I`m just a small player from Norway.
I have used Mr green casino for over a year now.
Its a alright casino where i find most of the games i like to play.
I was on a little strike few days ago and desidedto withdraw 1000 and keep pøaying.
I withdraw and the sonn i was back at the table the money was back at my player account.
Try`d this many times but the same results.
I head to the chat and out of nowhere ineeded to comfirm my bank and send in a bankstatement.
I`ve used Revolut to deposit and withdraw over a year now with no problems but suddenly they needed my bankstatement.
I`ve already confirm my player account and was thinking that this is a small case to resolve.
Transfer`d my bankstatement and got to bed.
Next day a mail from the team that my account was confirmed and everything was ok.
Did a new round on withdraw on 1000 and the same happend.
New round to the chat. After 20 minutes a new message : Revolut cards is no longer availeble for Norwegian players.
I try to explain that the norwegian banking does not allow transfer to casinos so i had to use thirdpart companies but they needed my
norwegian bank statement. This can not be used for deposit or withdraw so here i am. The wierd part is also that i can only withdraw to the payment
method i used to deposit. So now im stuck and the money too. Have no idea what to do next.
So to all Norwegian players on Mr green that use third part comp. Be aware.

What a bullshit from mr. Green. The Revolut bank is located in Lithuania, and it’s allowed in Norway. Maybe make a EcoPayz account, make a small deposit and then withdraw to your EcoPayz account?

Yes. But i dont know if i want to put even more into that account.

I have provided bankstatement from revolut to them and got the answer that everything is ok. Then suddently its not ok and they need my norwegian bank statement that i not use. Have to write them a mail and ask for a explaination.

wow ok that is not something i have heard of before. I have had a few issues in the past with a few casinos mainly to do with them wanting copies of every single card  ive used to make a deposit and a copy of me holding my photo ID and a bank statement. to be honest it is a joke. they are willing to take your money but act funny when you win and want to cash out lol. I really hope you get it sorted and once you do Id play on a different casino instead lol
